He texted Shino
Davis: Are you free..
Shino: I mean yeah. Why
Davis: we need to talk about a couple things..
Shino: sure where do you wanna meet.
Davis..: hmm are you able to get Flex and Kol and meet me at that gazebo near the training dome..?
Shino: sure why do you need them though? Davis...
Davis: did Flex tell you about that guy who messed with our friends memories of me
Shino: yeah. Evan was his name i think..
Davis: A while ago me flex Kol and others got him and Kane to bring those memories back but .. I think he lied about fixing them
Shino: They still don't remember...alright I'll meet you there. I'm gonna bring Kane too okay.
Davis: Good idea..
Shino: this might take a while. I have to go get Kol from his house.
Davis: it's fine I need to talk to Avian first anyway

Davis locked his phone but kept it out.
"Question Davis"
"Mhhmm"
"Does Ronin know your decision..?"
"Y-yeah. He was the f-first to k-know"
"I was the second to know then"
"Y-yeah. Is t-that o-okay..?"
"Yeah. That's fine. Im happy were going on an adventure. I can finally go to university and get my hero license"
Davis smiled
"So...Where are we going?"
"W-we need to go see Avian"
"Sureeeee, why"
Davis unlocks his phone again and opens the chat with Shino and held out his phone for Kat to take.
"I can read your texts.. This is rare"
Kat took his phone and read through the most recent conversation between Shino and Davis that they just had moments ago.
"Ah. I see. So why do we need to go to Avian and not that Gazebo"
Kat passes Davis his phone back and he locks it again.
"A-according t-to Clover. I had an e-excuse to miss the p-pactice e-exam day and Avian h-hasn't really l-liked me since. I n-need to k-know what the e-excuse was.."
"so their memories weren't fixed like Evan said they were...our friends memories are still altered." Kat took a deep breath, "now I'm kinda glad we didn't kill him"
Davis' phone pinged with a text notifications from Ronin.
Davis unlocks his phone again. Yes again, to see what Ronin said. Kat peers over his shoulder to read his texts.
Ronin: Hey buddy. Just to let you know. The charges you got arrested for have been dropped. They'll leave you alone for now.
Ronin: For now they've dropped the accusation of you killing Manolo.
Ronin: if you need me I'll be in the staff room at Monarch. Oh and I have your visors with me
Davis: Is Avian there...?
Ronin: yeah I'm talking to him why
Davis: I need to ask him something.
Ronin: why..?
Davis: remember when me and Shino told you some guy working with Ellen changed our friends memories of me
Ronin: yehhhhhhhh.
Davis: we tried to fix it and we thought we did. But some of them are still altered. And now Evan the guy to caused this fled the city...
Ronin: why did he flee the city
Davis:.... Because we threatened to kill him. Also he was there when I killed...Ellen.... Ummm.
Ronin: ....
Davis: dad...can you...say something....please...
Ronin: Get. Over. Here. Now.
Davis: on our way
Ronin: Our?
Davis: Kat is with me.
Ronin is offline
