❛ dancing through a dream underneath the stars ❜
𝐽𝑈𝑁𝑂 𝐻𝐴𝐷 𝐵𝐸𝐸𝑁, 𝐼𝑁 a word, distracted. Her head was pounding, her eyes were red and her demeanor was horrid. She had this small whispering noise in her ear all day, it was really starting to get on her nerves. Desperate to get this noise out of her head, Juno had gone to her locker to get her headphones.
As quickly as she could get this noise gone, Juno put her headphones on. She let the music calm her and thankfully, it drowned out the whispers. Normally, she'd find Stiles, even if it was in public, he was really the only person that could soothe her nerves, but music seemed to be doing an alright job.
Juno closed her locker door, but just as it shut, a man with dark eyes appeared next to her. Juno jumped slightly, but when he put his finger over his lips, she said nothing. This was a curious man. He was just like the other ghosts with the cloudy eyes that she had seen, but there was something different about him. Despite his humanoid appearance, his face was skeletal. His hair was blonde, yet dark, he was in all dark clothing and had pitch black eyes. There was no sign of trauma, no sign of death, but he very obviously wasn't alive.
The boy motioned for her to follow him, which the ghosts had never done before. They always either yelled at her, taunted her, or stared her down. This one, however, he was calm.
Juno followed him through the halls. He walked right through the other students that Juno had to maneuver around, but she pretty luckily was able to keep up with him. She had taken out her headphones as she was walking. The two had walked down a less busy hall by the locker rooms, which was when Juno actually tried to question what was happening. "Where are you-"
He shushed her, cutting Juno off. "He needs to be gone."
Juno furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. This guy's voice wasn't like the rest. The other ghosts had a sort of echoed sound in their voice, but he was completely normal. He seemed...alive.
"You should solve this problem before the man with the bandaged face arrives." The boy informed as he leaned his back against the wall. Juno question, "The man with the bandaged face?"
