Disdain

Pitter Patter,

You hear the water splatter.

You watch it rain,

No one knows why,

Except for you and I.

They see the distant look,

On your face.

They think you're mesmerized.

They don't recognize,

The pain in your eyes.

They don't see,

What you see,

When it rains. . .

To them it's just rain,

Rain.

It's memory brings you,

Disdain. .

Hey everyone! What do you guys think of todays poem? I can't tag them because the at sign keeps going in the middle of the poem. But thejoyouspear asked me if I could write a rain poem, so I did! So shout out to them for giving me the idea.

Have a good day guys, love you all! <3<3<3
