She's could become part of a group like Tobias if things went south down here. And let me tell you, shit can hit the fan pretty quick!

"Addison Carver. Listen to me. Enough now." Warren grasped Addy's arms now so she could have all of her attention, "You got sucked into this thing and you did something. We all do things. But it's time for us to go."

Warren let one arm go so she could turn to the side. She grasped my shoulder as well, looking between us two.

"Now. All of us."

Addy just let out a fucking giggle, an innocent laugh, shaking her head, "You don't have to worry. I'm home now."

The only thing my body would let me do was shake. Tears stung the inside of my eyes; my heart began to burn when realization hit. And when it hit, it hit like a wave of bricks on my head. It crashed on top of me like sticks of frozen butter.

How the fuck can I actually process this? Adrenaline only made my heart speed up and more bricks fly against the organ; the feeling floods into my veins, making my hands and fingers shake as a side effect.

"Addy." I whispered, shrugging Carol off of my already sore arm.

I got in between Warren and Cassandra, grabbing the front of Addy's jacket slits.

"You can stay too, (Y/N). With me and Carol. You don't have to worry about the zombies and you can live a normal life."

"Until? Until this whole place goes to Hell?!" I shouted, letting the emotions of my eyes flow down like a waterfall, "Until one mistake and one of us gets kicked out? What the hell, Addy? Are you going--Are you just going to leave Mack out there? Alone? Scavenging? She's telling you all these things and promising you so much. What she isn't telling you is how you're going to be destroying my brother and me if you leave like this. I have spent three years wondering what happened to my parents. What do you think you're going to be doing when you stay here? Or do you not care?"

Addy sighed, shaking her head but kept that damn smile plastered on her pale face, "(Y/N), I can't watch him die."

"You can't watch him die? I'm his fucking blood! I can't stand watching him starve, but you know what? I tough up, because I know he needs me and I need him." My voice cracked, but I refused to let them think I was sad about this.

My face started to turn dangerously red as the anger flowed through my veins next, running down beside the adrenaline. I was frustrated and angry. So freaking angry.

"(Y/N), I--."

I took a step back from her, letting her clothing leave marks on the middle of my palms.

"Don't you ever say you are sorry when you're not. Don't apologize for something that you're not regretting. You're going to fucking ruin my brother and I hope to God, this-this right here, is the death of you."

With my anger released, I ran. I ran from her. I ran from Cassandra, Carol, and Warren, despite their protests for me to come back. I didn't stop running until I was at that damn red Jeep.
