Interview Questions:

What inspired you to write this piece?

I'm influenced by Greek mythology and, Elysium, as described in Homer's Odyssey is a paradise in which people get to live a happy life, a blessed life, I know that's a life after death but it doesn't matter. That's what inspired me to write this song, because I've always wanted to have a happy life but of course without dying hehe, I know you get my point or at least some of you.

What does music mean to you?

I never went to music school and no one stood by my side and encouraged me to take music classes but despite all that I had started learning music by myself. So what does music mean to me? It's a transition from my past life to my new life, a life in which there's more meaning, there's more emotions, and everything I've done up until this moment, every note I played and every key I pressed were from the heart and wrapped up in emotions, and everything single moment I had lived in the past, I translated them all in music notes. So what music means to me is that it's always been a way of expressing one's feelings without talking.

When words fail, music speaks.

What do you love about performing?

I've always been that shy guy who hangs in his room performing alone, no friends and no one by my side to help me through everything, but the few times I had performed in front of a few people were the best moments in my life even though I had a rough start. At first I was shy, but the moment I touched the first note, I felt like I could do just about anything with my instrument.

Who/what are your major artistic influences?

I would have said Metallica, Iron Maiden or Michael Angelo or whatever but that's just what everyone likes, right? These bands and these people were and still music gods and I love them but they had their time so we only learn from them not be like them, so what I'm saying here is that it's time to emerge as an artist with a unique style and that's what I'm doing. I'm creating my own style and my own signature that leads me to the main part of this interview question so my influences were a single band called (BFMV) and one artist (Andy James). I chose these people because of what they do, especially Andy James, that one guy who opened my mind to endless things back when I knew nothing about music and I saw him play and listened to his music. He does crazy things. I call him the alien because of what he does is not from this world. It's true that not all of you would agree with me but everyone can make their decisions and worship the artist they want and I chose mine.
