"Kya tum sach bol rahi ho?", asked Karishma, still gazing at her face.
"Main to sach hi bol rhi hu, pr tumne achanak ye sawal kyu pucha mujhse?", replied Haseena.
"Shayad isiliye kyuki mera dil kuch aur sunna chahta tha tumse!", thought Karishma while silently staring into her eyes, perhaps still searching for the truth within them.
Haseena snapped her fingers, breaking her chain of thought, and asked again, "Umm bolo bhi?"
"To kya tum sach mein bina soche samjhe jo logo ki jaan leti ho wo sab pasand hai tumhe? Logo ko torture krna, jabardasthi unhe majboor krke apne hisab se apna matlab nikalwana ye sab pasand hai tumhe?", karishma boldly asked her.
Haseena got lost in her thoughts for a while, "Nhi mujhe ye sab nhi pasand, kabhi se nhi pasand.... I hate my life, I have been my own slave for ages... and I am yet not ready to face myself!"
"Tum kyu insab bekr ki baaton mein fas gayi Ms Strawberry.... dekho to andhera hone wala hai... hame jaldi jaldi rehne layak jagah dhundh leni chahiye...", Haseena tried to excuse herself and took a step forward.
But then, Karishma held her wrist, hoping that maybe she would let her into her heart, breaking down all her walls.
A solitary tear escaped Haseena's eyes, which she quickly wiped away. She turned back with a smile, grabbed Karishma's hand, and then dragged her, saying, "Being emotional doesn't suit you... come on now!"
"If you don't want to tell me, I won't ask," thought Karishma while walking alongside Haseena.

Karishma was lost in her thoughts, "Pata nhi kyu mujhe lagne laga tha ki tum badal rahi ho... shayad main galat thi. Mujhe laga tha ki mere hone ki wajah se tum pahle jaisi cruel nhi rahi... aur tumhare andar jo ek dil hai, tum ab uski sunne lagi ho... aur shayad hamare beech kuch na hote hue bhi kuch khas hai...! Pr mera ye sochna shayad galat hai... tumhare liye tumhari purani life aur tumhara purana nature hi sab kuch hai... tum shayad kabhi nahi badal sakti!"
"Hey karishma... shhhh....", Haseena gently pulled and pinned Karishma behind a tree.
Karishma was momentarily flabbergasted by this sudden action.
"K..kya.. hua!", asked karishma.
"Shh.... dheere bolo... udhr se kuch awaz aarhi hai!", whishpered Haseena.
"Kya... ruko main dekh kr aati hu...", murmured Karishma and attempted to move, but Haseena placed her hand on the tree, halting her. As Karishma tried to move in the other direction, Haseena once again intercepted her, preventing her from moving, locking her in between.
"Ye kyu kiya hai tumne?", asked Karishma, peering into her eyes.
"Kyuki tum yahi rhogi... main dekh kr aati hu kaun log hai!", replied Haseena in a hushed voice.
"Hmm... theek hai jao!", said Karishma while removing Haseena's hands, showing her lack of interest.

Haseena silently approached the source of the commotion and was shocked by what she saw. Quickly, she ran back to Karishma to inform her.
Karishma was visibly waiting for Haseena's return, evident from her facial expression and body language. Haseena returned, heavily panting.
"Kya hua Haseena tum aise daudte hue kyu aayi ho? Kaun hai udhr?", asked Karishma, trying to provide relief by stroking her back.
Before saying anything, Haseena attempted to control her breathing, then immediately hugged Karishma and excitedly informed her, "karishma udhr kuch banjaro ne tents daale hue hai apne..."
