Lola Gets in the house shutting her door and seeing her phone ring. It was Quincy. She didn't answer the first call but answered the second time.
"What? " Lola answered.
"Meet me," He said
"No"
"Lola I'm serious meet me at my house"
"And I'm serious. You made it very clear. We done obviously " Lola said
"You gone come or not"
"Why? You left me in the restaurant too. Let's not forget about that part" Lola said letting out a laugh.
"Cause I ain't want to hear that shit"
"How you think I felt. But I didn't storm off on your ass"
"It's different"
"Bye Quincy"
"Look I'm sorry. Just let's talk"
"About? "
"Us. I still won't you. He just going to have to fight through me"
Lola laughs.
"You think I'm playing but I'm dead ass"
"Think I'll have fun with y'all for a minute just like you did me"
"Don't fucking play"
Lola laughs again.
"Wya"
"Home Quincy"
"Let me come over"
"Ain't you fucked up? "
"So. Fuck that suppose to mean.?"
"Meaning you need to lay down and go to bed"
"Do I need to find you again?"
"Why would you do that?"
"Because you testing me Lola."
"So your sister still doesn't fuck with me.".
"Man forget about her right now. I can handle my sister."
"I'm going to bed"
"Lola"
"Goodnight baby," Lola said hanging up.
Even though she wanted to give in with Quincy she wasn't going to let up that easily. She called the girls on 3 way asking them to come over. She hangs up. Ordering 3 pizzas and getting out the wine for her and the girls. She ain't feel like cooking.
Mona and Jela arrived together an hour later. Walking I'm with some chips and Hennessy.
"You stay with the hen," Lola said laughing and hugging Mona.
They went into the living room and sat down waiting on Courtney.
"So y'all I'm thinking about moving," Mona said
"Bitch where? " Jela asked
"Out of Florida. Like Atlanta "
"Hell no. You ain't moving that far" Lola said
"Yeah, you stuck around us. Unless we move together" Jela said
"I'm serious. I want a new start. And maybe that's what we all need. " Mona said
Lola drinks her wine thinking.
"It would sound good to start completely over," Lola said
"Umm. Unlike y'all I can't just up and move" Jela said
"Girl Boo. I got you and you know it" Lola said
"Right. She knows we got her" Mona said smiling.
"I'm too damn grown for y'all to be taking care of me now. " Jela said
"Yes, you are. Cause I'm not taking care of you. But if we move you coming" Mona said
Lola laughs. Courtney comes knocking on the door. Lola gets up walks to the door and opens it.
"Hope you bitches ain't eat without me? " Country asked walking in.
Lola shuts the door going back to the living room.
"Hey babies," Courtney said sitting down next to Jela.
"And no bitch we ain't eat. The pizza ain't even here yet" Mona said
"Good. So what's tea? " Courtney said
"Mona said she wants to move to Atlanta," Jela said
"Bitch you ain't leaving without us"
"Exactly" Jela And Lola said at the same time.
"jinx," Lola said before Jela
"Fuck" Jela said
"Pay up hoe," Lola said holding her hand out.
That was always the game in high school. And whoever says jinx first gives up 15. Jela grabbed her purse pulling out 15.
"Damn. How did you let her get you? " Mona asked laughing
"Bitch was fast. " Jela said laughing.
"Anyways you ain't leaving without us. So scratch that off the bucket list"
"I told her it doesn't sound bad moving and starting over," Lola said
"See," Mona said taking a shot.
"No," Courtney said
"So Quincy called before y'all showed up"
"Girl for what? " Courtney asked
"Wanted to see me. I'm more irritated by the sister. I don't want to be around either of them if I'm being honest"
"I feel like it's too much. I mean so what you love another nigga. He knows how that shit feels now and he can't handle it. " Mona said
"That's all niggas. If we go cheat back they are crying, hollering, calling us all types of hoes " Jela said
They laughed together.
"No for real. But y'all ain't together so" Courtney said
"I just know I have to break this triangle I'm in," Lola said
"Girl that's gone be tough. See you left. They ain't gone leave. Good luck baby" Courtney said
"I'm gone be right there" Mona said
"You always gone be somewhere with drama" Jela said
"Shit I like it." Mona said laughing.
"Stupid" Lola said laughing
They chilled for the rest of the night watching movies, eating etc.
