You made your decision.
"We're gonna sing A Million Dreams." you said.
The DJ was typing on his laptop, then got up from the table. You and Dexter got on the stage and he handed you a microphone. The lights were on you and Dexter stood behind you because he's gonna come in and sing a little while later in the song.
You took a deep breath and looked over at the others. They had their phones ready to record you guys singing. Then, the music started playing. You looked at a TV that had the lyrics on the screen, so you could follow the music.

There was a few seconds of silence, then everyone clapped for you and Dexter. You both couldn't stop smiling and you gave him a hug.
"That was amazing!" you said.
"And so were you." Dexter said.
You both put the microphones back and walked to the booth. Everyone was talking nonstop about awesome you guys were.
