I'm still catching up on all the fics entered into the Grimmy appreciation fest and this is one of them that is definitely worth a read.
Like the summary says it is an AU set in the 1980's and it focuses around Nick and Harry's unexpected meeting and the whirlwind of emotions and events that follow that.
I don't want to say too much otherwise I'll spoil this for you but I loved it. It had a sort of bittersweet ending that had my heart clenching with a mix of joy and a bit of pain. The author has an amazing writing style and I really enjoyed this fic.
