you all fumbled onto the floor, your bodies crashing into not only the floor but each other.

alex had poofed the gang out, and since none of them were really ready for it, it led to them all landing in a pile in julies garage.

you found yourself at the bottom of it. of course.

all the teens fumbled around with each other's limbs, and dysfunctionally got up.

and you all started speaking at once.

"SHUT UP! ALL OF YOU!" luke had screamed, and it worked. he turned to you, and anger filled his eyes, "what the heck happened in there, huh? where did you go!!?"

his tone had surprised you, only making you get mad as well, "where did i go? you guys were the ones that completely vanished!! along with everything else!" you let your hands fly up in the air only to slap against your sides, not understanding any of this.

"okay," alex said, stepping in between you two. honestly, he was afraid hands were going to be thrown at any second, "can we just take a deep breath, please!" he begged, and the pair seemed to calm down enough for him to step back a little. you turned away from them to dig a hand through your hair.

alex turned toward you, "i think why we- luke," he hesitated a bit, "is so mad is because, well, we're all a little bit lost."

"well welcome to the club!" you yelled, "i had a full on conversation with the kid, and you guys just left me!!"

alex took a deep breath, one that told you he was trying to stay calm as he spoke to you, "what im trying to tell you is that you were the one who disappeared away from us!" he took a second breath, "we were the ones left in his room, panicking, and screaming your name."

your eyes flickered down slightly as you tried to process all this.

"n-no," you struggled, not getting any of this. your breaths became rapid ones, "you guys just vanished. i did it alone." you said through tears, "i did it all alone. i was alone and it was dark and we talked but then he just-." you began to panic, words falling out of your mouth as your voice shook and tears streamed down your face. you could barely breathe right.

luke quickly noticed, and gathered you in his arms, putting his anger aside to stop you from a panic attack. he squeezed you tighter, and felt your form relax against him.

honestly, the boy was still in his own shock from what had happened. back at bobbies, the last thing he saw was a terrified look in your eyes, and you disappearing. you had flickered some, like how he had done the night at the orpheum as he fought with calebs powers, but as soon as he reached for you, you were gone.

and all that was left was this horrific feeling inside, like he would never see you again. like that was it.

he tried to get it into his mind that he did see you again, and that you were in his arms right now, but he still struggled from beneath the panic that was still clouding his mind.

"wait," he mumbled, finally grasping your last few words, "you spoke to him? when?" luke asked, putting you at arms length and urging his words.

"right after i had woken him up, we talked about why he did it, why he took your songs, why all of this happened. what-" you slightly pushed your self away from him to look at the other boys, "you guys really weren't there?"

they all shook their heads, and alex spoke next.

"we didn't see any of that."

the words hit you like a brick, and there was a moment of silence.

"are you sure it was real?" reggie asked, and you nodded viciously.

"no, it was definitely..." you stopped, now second guessing everything, "it was definitely... it had to be real." you nodded, trying to convince not only the boys but yourself.

"then why'd you leave us?" luke asked, starting to get upset at the fact, he ripped his beanie off and viciously threw it at the couch, making you jump.

"luke, this isn't what we planned," alex said, trying to calm him down in an effort to keep you calm as well, "but what's the big deal?"

"the big deal? alex, we weren't there!! we didn't hear everything-" he stopped speaking, making eye contact with you like you had told him the worst news ever, "i just can't- i have to know-"

"know what luke? what's so important?" you begged, not understanding the boys urgency to know everything about the conversation.

he took a breath, trying to calm himself down, and looked you dead in the eye, walking closer to you, "what's important," he took your shoulders in his hands, "is that you tell me everything you two talked about. right now."
