-Cody's POV-
They called me the schools heartthrob.
Yet, I had eyes for a girl.
Did she know I existed? I have no clue. But she was genuinely the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. I never used to crush, until she walked in on the first day this year.
Of course I had seen her many times before, but now it was different.
Now she seemed more lively.
I stared out, praying she would come into view.
"You know what you remind me of?" one of my friends asked.
"What?" I asked.
"A stalker"
"I'm not a stalker" I replied.
Josh looked at me like I was an idiot. I rolled my eyes and looked back to the front gate.
There she was.
She looked over at me.
I tried to hide the fact I was looking at her. I don't think it worked.
She stared at me, until I looked back at her. My eyes followed her every step as she walked away. I pushed myself off the wall and jogged towards her.
"Hey you" I spoke.
"Oh, hey Cody" she stuttered.
"You dropped this"
No she didn't.
She took the note willingly and I walked off.
Maybe I was a littler stalkerish.

I looked through the window.
There she was, talking to her friend.
I walked in and felt her staring at me.
I winked at her and made my way to the back of class. Her face reddened as her friend seemingly questioned the situation. Mr Matt walked in.
"Okay, today I will be assigning you partners for our new social studies project" he announced.
He named kids one by one. "Liyah, you'll be with Josh" he announced.
Liyah walked over and sat next to him. I chuckled as I heard Josh groan.
"Hayley, you'll be with Cody" Mr Matt announced.
I tried to hide my excitement with cockiness.
She wanted to do some formal introduction like we didn't know each other.
"I'm Hayley"
I know.
"You know who I am"
"A little cocky, but I do"
I asked what page we were working from, and opened the book.
She would have to be crazy to think I was gonna do any reading.
I pushed the book to her, and decided to take a well deserved nap.

Im sorry these are short, I don't really know what else to add to make them longer without changing the story at all.

I'm not the best editor lol.

I'm gonna edit as many chapters as I can tonight, just until either I get to tired or my boyfriend calls me.
