The driver came up with the suitcase and found the door was open. When he walked to the door, he saw Xiang Mingzhang and Chu Shichen standing face to face in the entrance, and asked in a daze, "Mr. Xiang, Secretary Chu?"

Chu Zhichen suddenly woke up from a dream. He turned his head away, calmed down for a few seconds, and looked up as usual when he raised his head again, except for his eyes that seemed to be covered with a layer of fog.

Xiang Mingzhang was suspicious, and said to the driver: "It's none of your business, you can go."

The driver pushed the suitcase into the door and said regretfully, "It's getting late, do you want to send Secretary Chu home?"

Chu Zhichen said, "No need."

The driver left knowingly, and the door closed, Xiang Mingzhang asked again: "What's wrong with you?"

Chu Zhichen held the square box tightly with both hands, and almost gritted out every word: "Where did you find this pocket watch?"

Xiang Mingzhang replied: "Switzerland."

Chu Zhichen showed surprise on his face: "How could it be in-"

Xiang Mingzhang raised his eyebrows and let out a "hiss", and held on all night. At this moment, his stomach convulsed violently, and he arched his back and took a deep breath.

Chu Zhichen helped Xiang Mingzhang into the bedroom, and lifted a corner of the blanket. Xiang Mingzhang lay down halfway in his clothes, and with the remaining strength he tore off his tie and unbuttoned two shirts.

Chu Zhichen asked, "Where is the medicine?"

Xiang Mingzhang said hoarsely, "The living room cabinet."

Only then was Chu Zhichen willing to let go of the box and put it on the bedside table. He went to the living room to find stomach medicine, then made a glass of honey water, brought it in, and sat by the bed to drink it for Xiang Mingzhang.

The sweetness of honey concealed the bitterness of the medicine. Xiang Mingzhang said, "This medicine takes effect very quickly. If something happens, I will call the housekeeper of the apartment. You can go back."

Chu Zhichen was silent for a while: "No, I have to take care of you."

Xiang Mingzhang didn't hear a hint of caring, but instead had the illusion of being forced. He leaned on the cushion and asked relaxedly, "Then how do you plan to take care of it?"

Chu Zhichen recalled the time when he was sick in the old days. Usually, the old housekeeper took care of him. He got up and went to the bathroom to twist a wet towel, folded it and put it on Xiang Mingzhang's forehead.

Xiang Mingzhang said, "I have a stomach ulcer, not a fever."

Chu Zhichen was a little embarrassed, and took off the towel to make an excuse to cover up: "I know, after traveling across the country for a day, there is a lot of dust, you should wipe your face."

Xiang Mingzhang raised his hand and snatched it away, fearing that the young master would serve him with medicinal wine and wipe his bald skin.

Chu Zhichen freed his hand and stretched it into the blanket absently: "Then let me rub your stomach for you."

The soaked palm was covered by the shirt, still cold, Xiang Mingzhang said: "This is the liver."

Chu Zhichen frowned and fumbled, and rubbed Xiang Mingzhang's abdominal muscles as if wiping the table. When he found his stomach, he pressed his palm down and pressed it, and his eyes drifted to the box involuntarily.
