Deuteronomy 8:3 tells us, "He humbled you by letting you go hungry; then he gave you manna to eat, which you and your ancestors had not known, so that you might learn that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord."
The Lord gives us exactly what we need. Sometimes we don't receive what we want for one reason...
HE KNOWS BEST!
As a child of God let us be humble, remembering that the Lord knows exactly what we need in each and every moment- even if we think we know better! What the Lord gives us is the only thing that will ever truly satisfy us!
So, I pray that we can all be humble in knowing that the Lord will always provide, exactly what we need. For He alone knows what is on our hearts, what we are longing for, and what we truly need in order to be satisfied.
