Since the young age of eleven, Electra Volcov has terrorized New York with her killing and illegal crime. Now, at the ripe age of 18 her hold of the city is too much to defeat without extreme measures being taken, however government corruption prevents any action from being taken. That's where Braden Cross comes in. He's the agent who has been trying to catch her every chance he gets. Their encounters always end up in a brawl before Electra slyly escapes. It seems that nothing can be done to stop her until Braden is introduced to a serum that will enhance his speed and strength which will hopefully bring down Electra's empire. But, he doesn't want her dead like everyone else. Something is stirring inside him for that monster of a girl, something he can't explain or simply doesn't want to. He's coming for her though...and she's ready.
