3rd person
It had been 2 years! It's just currently Mia's birthday and Jaden and the kids are going to surprise her. As they all silently slipped into the room of their house Jaden could help but watch as the girl laid there so peacefully and still looking good.
"Dad, go to this side" Ben whispered to Jaden who listened and went around to Mia's side of the bed.
Jaden placed Demi on the bed quietly as she crawled over to Mia . She placed her hands on mias face making Mia breath deep and smile. She took Demi's hand into hers and opened her eyes to be met with Demi.
"Good morning munchkin," she kissed Demi's face and looked at Demi that didn't say anything but look at me and her siblings.
"What are y-" she said before turning around to be faced with us. She gasped and sat up as her straightened hair that was not tangled fall down from the pillow to her shoulders.
"Happy birthday to you!.." as they sang happy birthday to Mia as she couldn't help but notice the kids and Jaden. The more she thought the more the memories came back. She smiled at them all remembering how it was in the beginning.

Few months after New Years..

I laid in the living room on Jadens lap as his hand placed on my thigh. Rubbing little circles which soothed me.
"Baby look" Jaden whispered to me as I looked up at him pointing to Demi across the room. She was standing up holding onto the coffee table watching as Zack perfectly walked around. I sat up as Jaden watched with a smile.
"Demi! Come here buttercup!" I said patting my lap as she looked over and smiled. As she got closer to the edge of the tables she let go and slowly but steady walked over to to us.
"Holy shit" Jaden said putting his hand behind her but not on her, behind her far enough so if she falls he's able to grab her.
She walked over and handed me her toy she had making me pick her up. "Yay! Good job" I kissed her cheek sending her into a fit of giggles.
"My munchkin is getting so big!" Jaden said as he took her from me and danced around stupidly. I laughed and looked at Zack who entered the room. I went and picked him up and started to dance around with them.
"Do da!" I sang laughing Half of the time. I looked over to Jaden and Demi and Jaden smiled at me and blew me a kiss. I smiled at him and blew a kiss back.

I smiled at Demi kissing her head as she sang the words, her tiny little fingers as she looked to be instructing them like a choir.
I look over to Zack to see the little boy I had seen when we adopted him. His little grin reminded me of so many things it's unbelievable..

2 years later a few months before Mia's birthday..
We were at the park with Ben because Jaden was taking Demi out for a daddy and daughter day.
Plus I wanted to hang with the boys! I sat and watched Zack as he went down the slide. Ben was helping him around to places he couldn't get to. Ben is a good brother, he might be 15 and older than zack but he really does care for his siblings. He also makes time for his family. High school isn't easy but he's trying his hardest and I'm very proud Of him for that.
Zack had a grin as Ben pretended her was climbing the monkey bars. Ben would make these sounds like a "wee! Or woosh!" As he climbed the things holding him so he didn't fall.
"One small step for Zack" Ben said like he was talking to a Waky talky. They were having so much fun it just made me feel good that our kids can get along good. Ben came over to me with Zack on his shoulders.
