After Y/N had left without giving Todoroki a chance to speak to her once more, she couldn't help but think about the rest of her former classmates or what they were doing. Her mind was too busy.
Once she had gotten back home, she notices that the walls were ruined and Genos had scratches littered his face. Her eyes widened; something must have had happened while she was gone.
She reaches out, and her fingers gently brushed against the scratches on his face.
Genos felt stinging pain from her subtle touches, wincing from the pain. Y/N had inadvertently moved her fingers away, seeing she had caused pain to him.
Genos reaches out to keep Y/N's hand close to him. He clung to her affection. Even if her touch hurt him, he wouldn't want her to not be close to him.
Moments like these were something he yearned for. After all affection from his master was far from none. He didn't want to let go of this. Silently he could almost thank her former classmates to make a fool of themselves so he can have this moment. He leans against her hand.
A soft smile graces his features. His hand on top of hers.
Y/N gulped down, seeing Genos in such a display. She could feel his lashes tickle the tips of her fingers. She was almost lost for words by his actions.
"Can you tell me what happen?" She asks ignoring the awkwardness that was arising
"Are you seriously hurt anywhere?"
Genos eyes flutter open, there was no way he could tell her the truth about flies flying around their home. Thankfully she never notices the hallway semi-destroyed. He inhales sharply, shaking his head no.
"Master,"
"Nothing had happened to be concerned about, just taken care of some flies flying around" Genos lets go of her hand, making full contact with her.
Y/N arms fall to her side, and she gives a hint of a smile. Nodding her head accepting his answer. "Alright, I trust you"
Trust... Genos's heart flutters at those three simple words. She trusts him. He leans his head on her shoulder his body slumping down, guessing his body has finally given out from all the excitement of the day. He couldn't hear the worried shouts as everything faded into the abyss.
"Thank you, master" He mumbles before fully passing out.
"Genos!"

"What? What do you mean you couldn't find her?" Kirishima grips his fist tightly together.
Their class finally regrouped together back at the dorms, giving up after a few days of looking for her. Though not everyone was able to constantly look for her, the small group refused altogether while the trio Midoriya, Iida, and Uararaka were recovering from a fight. All three refused to tell what had happened.
