Arc 4 Chapter 35: Undying Love

*SWOOSH

Suddenly a terribly sharp sword flew in the air towards the Villain at the speed of light, it threatened to stab her in the chest!

However just at the last second a quick hand darted out stopping the blade but not without getting sliced!

The strong scent of iron filled the air as the rhythmic sound of blood dripping down onto the ground was heard.

As soon as the Villain saw Jun's bloody hand again she grew stiff.

"Tch, nice block." A cruel familiar voice suddenly echoed out of the surrounding trees.

Jun: "Come out."

"Haha like I would!"

Hearing this response Jun suddenly passed the Villain her sharp longsword before he darted into the forest. Instantly he came back out with his bloody hand around one neck, and his other hand dragging the back robe of another.

It was the FL, Li Mie and the ML, Liu Wei.

Jun let go of both of them as they stumbled to their feet.

Even as Liu Wei was choking for breath he managed to angrily spit out a sentence. "Impossible! Whe-when did you get so strong!?"

After all the last time he saw the younger man he was weaker than him, yet somehow he had now become miraculously stronger!?

Liu Wei was currently a fifth stage while Li Mie was still a fourth stage but on the edge of breaking through to the next one.

"I got stronger to protect what's important to me..." Jun's words were ambiguous but the Villain felt a sense of guilt as she silently understood. 

Although she knew it was time for her to accept her death at the hands of the ML and FL, she hesitated to interferer as she quietly watched the battle. 

While Jun was by her side there was no way she could freely interfere in the battle or give  herself up, he wouldn't let her. She simply had to watch and wait to see how everything  played out.

In the next instant Jun didn't waste any time as he dealt a powerful palm strike to Li Mie's stomach and a harsh chop to the back of her neck. She was successfully knocked out in an instant as her body limply fell to its knees and onto the ground.

Liu Wei grew even angrier! "How dare you!"

Without heed Jun placed the body beside Liu Wei "Leave now and I'll let both of you be."

Unlike what Jun expected Liu Wei suddenly cruelly laughed. "Since when are you in any position to negotiate with us!? We're here to kill her and you can't stop us!"

"Then we have a problem." Jun's voice was chilling and heavy.

Suddenly he jumped forward in a quick burst, although Liu Wei tried to dodge he wasn't fully able to as a powerful blow exploded on his chest.

Instantly Liu Wei flew back, even when he tried to brace himself he couldn't help but fly back into a nearby tree.

"GAh."

He coughed up a handful of blood.

"Wh-why are you stopping us?! She's done irredeemable things, she deserves death!" Liu Wei angrily spat.

Jun: "You're wrong!"

Liu Wei wiped his bloody mouth. "Haha how am I wrong?! She killed our entire sect and more! Has your mind been twisted by her?!"

"You're wrong. Can you not tell she's become defenseless? She is no longer the cold blooded killer you once knew... Killing her won't bring back anyone, it will simply destroy another life." Jun solemnly tossed back the sword he still held that previously cut deep into his hand. He wanted to avoid fighting if he could.
