a/n: this is something i wanted to do while thinking of other ideas for other characters, it's very short but i still hope you like it!

Zhongli

- let's be honest, you were struggling with schoolwork

- another new project was provided by your professor, this time it was in groups of two

- you sighed, knowing fully well that you were gonna have to do everything again despite it being a duo project

- you were paired with Zhongli, to your surprise

- he was actually very cooperative and helpful, gave you suggestion and contributed

- you thought he was just quiet and nothing else but he was actually diligent and responsible

- you both were writing down on your papers, working on the project and you looked over at him to see his progress but ended up looking at him instead

- you never realized how pretty he actually was close up, his soft skin, his long hair, the way his bangs covered his face

- he was so pretty????

- once he realized you were staring, he stared right back at you

- it's like you were having a staring contest

- you realized what the hell was happening and looked away, flustered

- continuing to write down on your paper as if nothing happened

- "was there something on my face, y/n?" he asked

- he was confused of course

- why the hell were you staring at him?

- you shook your head in denial to his question and continued on working
