Shawn's POV:

"Maggie?" I ask confused. She closes her eyes. "What's wrong? Does it hurt much?" She still doesn't answer but she's slightly shaking. Her clothes are completely soaked from the rain. "Are you cold?" I ask her, again no answer.

I pull my dry hoodie over my head and carefully wrap it around her body. "You don't know how happy I am that you are okey." I say smiling. "Did you break something?" Her head is still turned away from me. "Hellooo? Why are you not answering me?" I sigh, taking her small hand in mine.

She pulls her hand away quickly. I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. I walk over to the other side of the bed but she turns her head away from me again. "What's wrong, Maggie? Did I do something?" I ask. She just sighs. A tear runs down her cheek. "Maggie?" I ask sadly.

I wipe the tear away, softly stroking her cheek. Why doesn't she talk to me? Before I could say anything else the car stops and two men come into the back of the ambulance, pushing me outside.

A few moments later Maggie slowly walks out with the help of a man. Thank god. It seems like she isn't hurt that bad. "We are going to check you in the hospital and if everything's alright you'll be able to go home soon." the man explains to her while we walk in.

They bring her into a room but before I could go in a doctor stopped me. "Is he allowed to come in?" the doctor asks Maggie, pointing at me. "No, I don't want him to come in." Maggie says, looking down. What? I look at her confused. He nods closing the door.

She doesn't want me near her? This actually hurts... she never pushed me away. What did I do? "What's wrong with her?" Jackson ask interrupting my thoughts. "I don't know yet but I think she's fine. She has a few scratches and bruises but nothing serious, I hope." I answer annoyed.

„What were you two doing out there?" I add, turning around to face him. "I was walking home from a friend when I saw a girl standing in the rain. I walked towards her and saw that it was Maggie but I don't know why she was there." he answers shrugging. I walk over to the seats in front of the room and sit down.

What was she doing there? After a few minutes the door opens and Jackson and I storm in. "Are you okey?" I ask her worried. She nods but still doesn't look at me. "How old are you Maggie?" the doctor questions her. "I'm seventeen." she mumbles.

Okey, since you are underage, we have to call a family member to let you out of the hospital." Maggie looks up shocked. "Why? I'm fine. I'll just go." she quickly answers.
Why is she so nervous?

"I'm sorry but I can't let you go like that." the doctor says. "Okey, I'll call my aunt." After a few minutes Maggie's aunt arrives and she's allowed to go home.

We walk out of the hospital. "Maggie?" I say, catching up to her. She quickly sits in the car without saying anything. "God Maggie! Why are you not talking to me?" I shout, knocking against the car window. "Thank you two so much for taking care of her. I think you should go home now it's late. Do you need a ride?" Maggie's aunt asks while coming towards us. "No thank you I'll walk." Jackson answers.

"Thanks but me too." I reply. She nods getting into the car and driving away. "She seems mad at you." Jackson states. I turn around to him raising my eyebrow. "Oh really? I thought that it's normal that she doesn't talk to me." I mutter annoyed.

"Sorry dude. Anyways I'll go home." he answers and leaves. I sigh and start to walk into the other direction.
