Chapter 48

Maggie's POV:
"I just... wanted to ask you..." I add not knowing what to say. I can't tell him. "Ask me what? Maggie you are scaring me." He says waiting for me to continue. "Oh.. sorry. I just wanted to ask you if you want to walk to school together tomorrow?"

"Of course. I'll be in front of your house. I have to go now, baby. The practice starts." He says. "Okey. See you." I whisper hanging up without letting him answer. I just sit there for like an hour staring onto the ground.

I look at my phone and see that Emma and Shelley texted me to hang out to tell them everything about me and Shawn. I smile slightly wiping the tears away which I didn't my even notice were running down my cheek.

But I'm not really in the mood for talking right now and I'm grounded anyways. Suddenly I hear a quiet meow. "Hey muffin. Come here." I whisper and place the little kitten on my lap. She purrs happily, lying down. I stroke her for a little longer just thinking what I should do.

I look out of the window to see the beautiful autumn day slowly ending. It's still bright outside so I decide to go for a walk in the forest. I put on a red hoodie and jeans with my autumn boots.

"Can I go for a walk?" I ask my aunt who is putting some clothes in her suitcase. "Okey fine, you can go but not for too long!" she says. I nod smiling and head out of the door. I close my eyes and breath in the fresh air. I love autumn so much.

I walk down the leave covered street and head to the direction of the little forest. A way is going through a avenue. It always looks so beautiful with the colorful trees. I feel my phone vibrating. One new message from unknown. Not again. I unlock my phone and open the message.

Unknown: You know you and Shawn are a really cute couple. It would be too bad if something happened to you two, wouldn't it?

I look around to see if someone followed me. What the hell does this person want from me? It makes me so angry!
You: Who the f*ck are you? And what do you want from me?

Unknown: I want you Maggie. Just you. You'll find out soon enough who I am.
Y/n: I dare you leave me and Shawn alone!

I put my phone in my pocket and my headphones in, walking down the beautiful autumn avenue. (Swipe right) After a while I feel someone putting out my headphones making me turn around quickly.

I let out a scream but relax as I realize who is standing in front of me. "Hey hun." Shawn says and gives me a kiss. "Don't come from behind ever again! You scared me." I sigh crossing my arms. "I saw. Sorry." he chuckles.

"What are you doing here?" He asks taking my hand in his. "I was just going for a walk." "Oh can I walk with you?" He asks wiggling his eyebrows. I chuckle and start to walk back. "You can walk me home. I actually shouldn't be out for long because I'm grounded." I mutter annoyed.

"Already? We could go somewhere just for a while!" Shawn begs. I sigh and shake my head. "Sorry I don't want to get in more trouble." "Come on please?" He pouts and hold both of my shoulders standing in front of me.

"I would love to Shawn but I can't." I say pecking his lips. He just looks at me sadly as we start to walk hand in hand again. I remember the message from the unknown number causing me to look from side to side and behind me.

"Everything okey?" Shawn asks noticing. I try to smile. I don't want to bother him with that. "Sure." I say. "Wait a moment." Shawn says grinning and walks a few steps away from me. "What are you doing?" I ask frowning.

He places his phone on a bench and quickly walks back to me. "I want a cute picture." He says smiling and grabs my waist. I lay my arms around his neck and stand on my tiptoes to reach his lips.

He pulls me up a bit so my feet don't touch the ground anymore. He gently presses his lips on mine and we stand there like that waiting for the photo to be taken. After a while we still haven't pulled back. "Shawn..." I mumble into the kiss. "Hmm..." he hums squeezing me lightly.

I giggle and pull back but Shawn reaches his head forward kissing me again.
"Shawn I should really go now. Could you let me down?" I ask chuckling after a while. "Fine." he huffs and places me onto the ground.

I walk over to Shawn phone and look at the picture. "It's so cute." I say as I feel Shawn's arms around me. His head is on my shoulder looking onto the phone. "Yeah it is." He whispers and places a kiss on my neck. He takes his phone and sets it as his background.

"Send it to me please." I say smiling. After about ten minutes we arrive in front of my house. "Goodnight Maggie. I love you." He says giving me a long kiss. "Goodnight Shawnie. I love you too." I say and ruffle his hair. M
