A year after in New York
It was the Fall Season and we were getting ready for the Fall Fashion Week.
As usual kasama ko sina Matt and Natasha dito. Habang nasa dressing room kami ay binuksan ko ang iPad ko para magbrowse ng video when I saw on the news that Chase was going to be interviewed while on his photoshoot.
"We heard from a very reliable source that you were linked to Kara Guevarra who is now a very popular model in the US... Can you confirm this?"
"Yes." Sagot niya tila bored.
"Who was she in your life?"
"My first love, I guess you can call that." Nagkibit-balikat siya like he didn't really mean it.

"I see. We understand. How are things coming along with Veronica Reyes?"
"We're good." He smiled and medyo kumirot ang puso ko.

"Yes. In fact, we're engaged."

I hit the replay button until napudpod na ang kamay ko.

Tila sasabog ang dibdib ko sa sobrang sakit, inis, selos at kung anu-ano pa!

Dahil masochista ako ay tiningnan ko ang mga photos nila.
Ang selos daw ay hindi nakakamatay pero kapag ikaw ay nakaramdam ng selos ay ang sarap pumatay!

Pero wala na kami ni Chase isang taon na pero the pain still remains so is my love for him.
"Hey, Kara. I heard you were throwing tantrums again. What is it this time?"
Tanong ni Matt sa akin.
"Yeah bebe girl. What happened?"
"He's getting married!" I shrieked finally glad someone wanted to hear my dilemma.
