Nakitang kong bumaba sina Matthew at Natasha sa taxi may dalang maleta.

"Why are you both here?" I demanded while opening the gate and motioning them to get inside.

"Is that how Filipino hospitality works? I am so famished!" Reklamo ni Natasha habang hinihila ang maleta niya.

"No but I need to know why you both flew all the way from New York without telling me?" I asked while we all get inside my house.

"Sorry it was kind of a last minute thing. We wanted to know if you're okay and we've been hired by a famous clothing brand here in Philippines to feature you and Natasha." Matt answered.

"Seriously? Why didn't you tell me while you're on your way..." Naputol ang tanong ko kasi tumunog ang phone ko.

Pumunta ako sa kusina para sagutin ang tawag ni Mama Cel. Patay! Di ako nakapunta kina Tita Prissy.

"Hello Ma. Oo pasensya na if di ako nakapunta diyan. May bisita po ako. Oo yung boss ko at kasamahan ko sa trabaho sa New York."

Nang matapos ang usapan namin ni Mama Cel ay tumawag na din ako ng food delivery para sa dalawa.

"Your house is so nice. So homey and dainty!" Komento ni Natasha habang nag-iikot tapos nakita niya ang graduation photo ko.

"Oh is this Chase? You both look so adorable together! Well that was before..." Sabi niya habang tinititigan ang photo na magkasama kami.

Ngayon ko lang din napansin na nakadisplay pala siya sa may antique side table namin. Si Mama Cel talaga naman oh!

Si Matt naman panay check ng kanyang iPad habang nag-uusap kami ni Natasha tapos dumating ang food delivery.

Inihain ko ang hapunan tapos sinaluhan na rin sila.

"I just love Chinese food!" Sabi ni Natasha habang sumusubo ng siomai.

"Are you checked in a hotel or something?" Tanong ko sa kanila.

"Afraid not. Maybe tomorrow.
Can we crash here for the meantime?" Tanong ni Matt na habang kumakain ay panay email pa din.

"Yeah! No worries. We got guestrooms."

"Perfect! I get to sleep in your house! I have never been to the Philippines! Oh I would really like to go to Boracay!" As usual napaka-hyper pa din ni Natasha.

"Great! Sorry I just got tons of work left back at home. We will be meeting with the owner tomorrow to discuss the pictorials okay?"

"Sure. No problem though I really didn't expect you'd come all the way here."

"It's business." Sagot ni Matt and naparoll ng eyeballs si Natasha.

"Deny all you want Matt. He just took the project so he can see you." Napataas ng kilay si Matt sa sinabi ni Natasha na alam ko na din naman bakit siya andito.

"You want to lose your job, Tasha?"

"My bad! Sorry boss!" Pabirong sagot ni Natasha sabay hands up in surrender.

Hanubayen! Di pa nga tapos ang problema ko kay Chase andito naman si Matt para dumagdag!

Anyways good thing may photoshoot para mawaglit sa isip ko si Chase.
