Kicken was happy to see Hoppy so happy again, they were almost healed, and it made him happy to know that his friend was going to be okay. If only he knew...
The next day when Hoppy didn't show up at school, Kickin was the only one who seemed to be worried, but Dogday's tail hadn't wagged at all, which meant he sensed the atmosphere. Kickin was curious about what was going on with Hoppy. "Maybe I should go check on them.." mumbles Kickin as Dogday and Catnap looked at him in concern. "We all will" said Dogday as he put his paw on Kickin's shoulder. Kickin Chicken smiles at the two and nods his head "thank you guys" Kickin was grateful.
All throughout the school day Kickin was worried about seeing Hoppy, but he always assured himself that Hoppy was fine. He sighed and tried to calm down as the day progressed, he kept getting nervous and worried, his eyes drifting towards Hoppy's house at recess. 'I hope they are okay..' thought Kickin.
