As the scientists all gathered together feeling uneasy about their situation, they all heard a sound of metal on metal as they all started to get freaked out. They stayed silent as the metal slowly went quiet again. None of the scientists dare to speak or move after that. Something was with them, something that growled, and gurgled on the water, something that seemed to splash in the water and just go silent. They were all on edge after hearing what they had only heard through what their fellow scientists had said, but it seemed all skepticism went out the door because what they all thought were just rumors, was a true being lurking in the water filter.
Dogday had woken up with Moonlight resting on his stomach, and Catnap snuggled into his side. He smiled as he saw Bitty Kitty and Sharp Charm on the other side of the couch asleep too. He then frowns as the memories hit him all at once. Catnap is awoken by Dogday's crying and he's immediately up and trying to console his friend, but it seemed to be futile as the dog was sobbing over Sunshine all over again. Catnap sworn to hurt the CEO bad for this, Dogday was perfectly fine, but the CEO had to fix that, and mess everything up again. Catnap brought Dogday into a hug and just laid down with him crying into his neck.
