That night nobody in the entire factory slept well, some even came to ask Catnap for poppy gas, but he refused since it would've given them nightmares, and he didn't want to be responsible for anyone's nightmares. Everyone wanted to sleep, but it was near impossible with the thought of what happened the previous day. Only one able to get sleep was Dogday but that was only because he had passed out from crying so hard and Catnap hadn't left his side since, Bitty Kitty and Sharp Charm took care of Catnap, making sure he ate, and slept, they were both ready to take care of Dogday as well when he woke up, but they both seen Bobby, and Bubba come into the house. "Wait, what are you two doing here?" asked Sharp Charm to which Bubba responds with "we are here to help Dogday, so you two don't stress too much since you've been taking care of Catnap" as Bubba said this both Sharp Charm and Bitty Kitty go over and hug the two. As everyone gets settled they decide that it would be good to call off work for the next week, but Bubba already told the kids that they already got it covered as they all were taking care of the leader and second in command of the Playcare. "Second in command?" asked Bitty Kitty making Bubba shrug "seems like it since whenever Dogday is gone Catnap steps up to make sure we are all okay" he explains getting nods of agreement from the younger mascots. Moonlight hadn't left Dogday's gentle grasp, it was gentle enough to allow Moonlight to leave whenever, but the cat didn't want to as they sensed Dogday was in more pain than he was showing. Purring gently Moonlight made it know that they were there to help Dogday just like the rest of the other critters.
