"So why are we in the backseat again?" Grayson asked as him and Andrew got in the back of my car.
"Because I don't like riding with other people and Ally gets car sick in the back." I explained, turning my car on.
"Then why didn't we just take two cars?"
"Because we care about the planet." Ally said, turning around and looking at him.
"Plus the idea that men have to drive is very antiquated." I said, backing out of ally's driveway.
"Anti-What?" Andrew asked.
"Antiquated. Adjective. Meaning outdated or old-fashioned."
"I forget you went to college." Grayson said.
"Okay. She went for three semesters." Ally said, rolling her eyes.
"But I was an English major."
"Then tell me what an adjective is." She said, turning to look at me.
"An adjective...." I said trailing off. "Describes."
"Describes what?"
"It describes a...." I paused. "Noun?"
"There ya go."
"What's a noun?"
"Person, place or thing." I said, monotone.
"What's an adverb?"
"DONT START SINGING THE SONG!" I said, knowing exactly what she's was about to do.
"What song?" Grayson asked.
"DONT ENCOURAGE HER." I said looked at him through the rear view mirror
