Chapter 50 : Marco Gabriel da Silva Santos

Charlotte's POV

"Say hello to our son !"
He's even more perfect than i imagined. My blue eyes, Neymar's curls and his tan. His hair was a perfect brown. I put him to my chest and then passed him to Ney.
"Hello little boy" he said and kissed his forehead.
"How do you want to call him ?" The doctor asked.
"Marco Gabriel da Silva Santos" I said and saw Neymar's parents smile.

They took him to clean him up and put his little clothes on him.
"You really didn't have to name him with our last name"
"But I wanted too and I mean Davi's last name is also Da Silva Santos, so I thought that it would be better if that have to same last name as brothers"

They gave us Marco back with his little baby clothes on.
"Do you want me to take a picture you all of you ?" The nurse asked.
"Yes !" We all came together and took a picture together.
"He's the cutest little baby" Rafa said as I passed him to her.

Some time after

Neymar's POV

After everyone left, Charlotte FaceTimed her mom and sisters because that can only come in a few days due to work. We also FaceTimed Lia and Davi who are coming tomorrow.
"Babe, do you want to post something on Instagram ?" She asked.
"Yes why not"

"Do you know when you can leave ?" I asked.
"No, the doctor didn't tell me yet but I think Marco will have to stay longer because he's premature"
"But he's healthy and doing great at the moment"
"Yeah but you never know"

Suddenly, the door opened and the doctor came out.

"So, we did every check with your baby and he's doing great ! I don't think that you'll have to stay any longer than 3 days !'
'Okay, that's awesome, thank you !' I said and she left again.
"Babe, I think my mom and my sister are coming soon but I'm not sure when, can you ask someone to pick them up, or you just go ?"
"And leave you here alone ? No, I'm not going to let my babies alone here. I'm going to ask Piqué can go or someone else"
"Is his English good ? And did you just called me a baby ? After giving birth ? Do you want to know how much this shit hurts ?" She said laughing.
"I was next to you so I pretty much know they it's hurts. You were grabbing my hand so hard"

We laughed for a while and soon fell asleep.

Charlotte's POV

I woke up to a baby crying. I opened my eyes and saw Ney with Marco in his arms trying to calm him down.
"Don't you know how to make him fall asleep ?" I said laughing.
"He wants his mama. Davi didn't have a choice but fall asleep in my arms, but you're here now, so he can go to you"
He sounded sad about what he said. I know that Davi didn't have a mom and I'm going to try my best being the meat mom for both of them.
"I'm here and I won't go away don't worry Ney" I said and took Marco.

Suddenly the door opened and Lia, Davi and my mom came inside.
"Mom !!" A big smile came into my face and I immediately went towards her.
"Hey my little girl ! Who do we have here !"
"His name is Marco Gabriel" i said.
"He's so cute. He's the perfect mix of you two !"
"Do you want to hold him ?"
"Of course !"
I put him into my mother's arms and he immediately relaxed.
"Mãe !!" Davi said and came running towards me.
"Hello my boy ! I've missed you !"
"Me too mãe"
"Mom how are you here ? I thought you would come tomorrow !"
"Well, my boss let me go sooner, so I thought you would surprise you and you told me that Lia came and it would be a perfect surprise !"
"Best surprise ever !"
"Hey, you surprised me with my first grandson !"
"Hahah I know but thanks for being here"
"Of course sweetie" my mom said and kissed my forehead.
"He's sooo cute congrats !" Lia said and hugged us too.
"When are you coming out ?" My mom asked.
"Tomorrow, I'm doing good and he's doing good too"
"I'll have to go to training tomorrow and tell coach and everyone else. He'll give some time off" Ney said.
"Perfect ! Everyone will now go crazy that you have a new son !"
"Yeah probably !" He said and we laughed.
"Hey I have an idea. If you can leave tomorrow, why not just come say hello with Marco and then you can directly leave if you don't want to stay" Ney asked me
"Well, why not ! But I don't think the team wants to see me like that !"
"What do you mean ? They know you and you just gave birth 24 hours ago, so they will not say anything. Plus you look perfect like always !"
"Okay we'll see tomorrow"

The next day

It's the next day and Ney came with some fresh clothes and something cute for Marco to wear.
"Ready ?" He asked.
"Yep, just have to put Marco in his seat"
We still didn't have all the things for Marco because we didn't expect him coming this early.

We got into the car and drove to the stadium.
"I'm so excited for everyone to meet him !" Ney said.
"Me too, but we still have to do some baby shopping because we don't have everything"
"True, this little guy came earlier than expected"

We arrived at the stadium and were probably the last ones to arrive.
We got inside with Marco and walked to the pitch. Leo came immediately towards us and said hello to Marco.
"Hello little cutie ! Did you miss uncle Leo ?"
"You saw him two days ago Leo" I said.
"But I've missed him !"
"Babe, come here" I heard Ney say.

We walked towards the group of players and introduced him to them.
"Say hello to Marco Gabriel da Silva Santos !" I said.
"He's sooooo cute" I heard and everyone congratulated us.
"What are you all doing ?" We heard a voice say behind us.
"Hello coach !"
"Hello" I said.
"Hello, what are you doing here ?" He asked.
"We came to this little guy here" Ney said.
"Ohhh I didn't even see him ! What's his name ?"
"Marco Gabriel" I said
"He so cute. Neymar I'll talk to you after practice, you can go home for today" coach said
"Thank you" we both said and said goodbye to everyone.

"Let's go do some baby shopping !"
