I go up to my room and sit my bag down.

I get a call from Cortez.

Coreyyy🤙🏾🤪 Calling...

"Wassup?"

"I gotta tell you something serious," he said.

"What?"

"Jayceon's awake," he said.

I dropped my phone and started crying.   I really thought he wasn't gonna wake up.

"Monica?" Cortez called out, "Monica? You still there?"

I picked up the phone.

"Yeah. Imma be there as soon as I can."

"Okay, I'll let him know. He was asking for you. I wasn't sure if you wanted me to tell him or not," he said.

"No, yeah. Tell him."

"Okay, I'll talk to you later," he said.

"K."

Called Ended...

I texted Miracle. I had gotten her a phone and showed her how to use it within the first week I was here.

This made me very happy. My husband is woke. He's alive! I'm so damn happy.
I heard someone come in downstairs and figured it was Freeman. I didn't bother going to greet him. Instead, I put on some pajamas.

Ian address this yet, but I been a little paranoid lately. I've been having dreams about being kidnapped. About Miracle getting shot. About my mom being stabbed. And it feel so real. That's most of the reasons why I don't want to go back. I feel like if I go back somebody's gonna die.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS!?"

I dropped my bags. There was police tape around the building. And a lot of burned bodies. Miller came out the car.

"What the fuck happened here?" He asked.

"Hell if I knew."

"Did you try getting in contact with any of them?" He asked.

"Yes, but I can't get in contact with the boys or the girls."

"Did you try the girls back up number?" He asked.

"Nope. I guess I should do that."

"This shit crazy man! Who did this shit!?"
