"Good morning, Ari ," I say picking 6 month old Ariah up from her crib. When Ariah saw me, she smiled and made all types of noises.

Destiny walks in the room.

"She woke? Lemme hold my niece." She said. I handed Ariah to her.

"Hiii." She said to Ari.

"Do you gotta leave tonight?" I said pouting.

"Girl as much I would love staying longer, you know I gotta make sure your brother taking care of." She said.

"I know..."

"He still coming home late?"

She sighed. "Yeah..."

"He's still so obsessed with finding out who did it. He thinks he owes you that." She said.

"I told him you said to give up, but he ain't wanna hear it." She said.

"Maybe I should tell him myself then. I don't want him driving himself crazy over it. It's not like it's his fault."

"Yeah..." She agreed.

"Anyways, what time you gotta leave? I can drive you."

"10." She answered.

"Okayyy."

"Well, can you watch Ariah while I go to this meeting?"

"Of course." She said.

"Thanks D."

"No problem." She said.

I went in the kitchen and grabbed her bottle and handed it to Destiny. I hugged Destiny and kissed Ari then left.
