Once again, I need A LOT of time to decide on a name for her, and here's Ota's profile:

Appearance: like all guys in voltage, he's muscular and tall; he was wavy dirty blonde-goldish hair, with (i think) just a few white highlights.
The media just can't get enough of this talented, multidisciplinary artist and high fashion model. Baba takes notice of his charisma and invites him to get involved in the auctions.
(although in my opinion Ota can totally be an actor)
