Orion stood up from his seat, 'I'll be seeing Potter tomorrow, would you care to join us?' he asked Abraxas. Abraxas looked towards him. Face flickering through a range of emotions, 'Yes. I will... join.' Orion snorted, 'No need to jump for joy Abraxas, calm down.' he retorted sarcastically, receiving a glare in return. He turned to leave only to come to a stop upon seeing a curious spread of books and parchment. Reaching down he quickly plucked a piece of parchment, 'Why are you looking into the lost language of Nesmoncryi?' Abraxas immediately perked up from all the information dump he just had and joined Orion at his side, 'My son sent me a letter asking for help in deciphering a language of some book he and his friends came upon... the book was written in Nesmoncryi! Exciting, don't you think? I'd love to get my hands on it.' Orion hummed as Abraxas began his cheerful rant about the language, but he wasn't listening anymore, too busy pondering to himself. What would his son and friends need with a book written in Nesmoncryi? ... ... Thanatos... he swore a vow on Thanatos, no doubt the same vow they swore. Necromancers are known for their death magic, he knew Thanatos was what some called Death. Are they perhaps looking for a way around the vow? His eyes widened as another thought jumped into his head. Adhara. Were they looking for a way to save Ara?

'Shock-O-Choc!' she huffed out at the all too familiar statue. What could the old man possibly want with her now? Like previously, Dumbledore quickly spoke as soon as she raised her hand to knock 'Come in!' She took a deep breath trying to calm her anxious heart as she made her way into his office. 'You wished to see me, s-' Quickly she cut herself off as she spotted a Gringotts goblin standing beside his desk. 'Ah. Yes, please take a seat Miss Lovella and all will be explained.' he said gently as he gestured towards the chair in front of his desk. Why the bloody hell is a goblin here? What is this old fool plotting now? She panicked silently to herself as she did her best to keep her face neutral, taking a seat. The goblin sneered at her in acknowledgement, or it could have been a smile? Who knows... ? She slightly bowed from her seat, too flustered to get up to do so properly and trying her best to not look otherwise. 'I confess we've never been in such circumstances before, I beg you forgive me for not thinking of this sooner. This here is Lornok, a goblin who no doubt works at Gringotts. I've asked him here to give you an inheritance test, hoping with any luck we may be able to find you some answers.' Dumbledore spoke in his grandfatherly tone.

Fuck! What if it shows her real name and date of birth! It did when she took the test before... and everything else, oh no! She needed to think of something quick! 'I see, h-how does that work exactly?' she mumbled out, trying to stall. She pretended to be listening as the goblin began explaining everything, trying to come up with something. Swallowing the lump in her throat, 'And.. will we be going to Gringotts for the test?' She quickly asked seeing as the attention was back on her. Dumbledore quickly cut the goblin off, 'Oh no. I didn't want to risk anyone seeing you. Especially with how you first turned up, the circumstances are still... unknown.' he trailed off a bit accidentally letting his hungry curiosity show momentarily, before once again pasting on his supportive, kind and caring look. She definitely can't let him know her results. 'Oh. Um... will me and the goblin be going to a separate room or -' 'Oh no no no, dear. You'll be doing the test in the office. As you have no known guardian, I've taken it upon myself to have you become my ward.' Ward? That's it! 'All you would have to do is si-' 'Excuse me sir, but I've actually already become a ward for someone.' She quickly cut him off, as he held out a quill and parchment. This made Dumbledore's expression falter, 'Beg your pardon?' he asked, shock fully heard through his voice. She stood up with a small smile, 'You see sir, my friends wrote to their homes about me and I received a letter asking if I would like to become their ward. I kindly accepted.' She saw the furious tick in his jaw but continued her innocent smile as she confidently looked back at him. 'And who might that be? Miss Lovella.'

Twenty minutes of silence as everyone sat patiently, waiting. Then the fireplace flared and none other than Orion Black stepped out. Ara immediately beamed, 'Ori!' and ran over to him giving him a hug, which he promptly returned. During their hug she quietly and quickly whispered to him everything that was going on, pulling back just as Dumbledore approached. 'Mr. Black-' 'Lord Black.' Orion corrected. Dumbledore's smile faltered, 'Ah, yes. Forgive me. Lord Black, terribly sorry about the grim news of your wife. I -' Orion raised his brow, unimpressed before cutting him off. 'Yes, quite unfortunate. Why have I been summoned?' Dumbledore coughed slightly, 'Well, as Miss Lovella is apparently your ward... we summoned you for we had thought maybe we can get some answers through an inheritance test.' Orion hummed as his gaze landed on the goblin, he quickly nodded his head in acknowledgment, 'I see. Then, if you'll excuse us. We-' 'As headmaster during such trying times, surely I should be made aware of -' Orion quickly cut Dumbledore off, 'You may be headmaster Dumbledore, but that doesn't give you right to the personal lives of any student as you please. As a member of the committee I am aware of the rules and what you can or cannot do. If there is something that we feel you need to be informed of, you'll be made aware. However, until then, we'd like some privacy.'

As Dumbledore reluctantly left his office, Ara finally managed a breath of relief. Orion gently placed his hand on her shoulder to reassure her. Standing next to one another, they watched patiently as the goblin began setting everything up, silencing the room and blacking out the portraits so they couldn't peek. She grabbed the dagger that the goblin held out to her and sliced her palm, letting the blood drop into a black bowl that was covered with runes. Lornok proceeded to pull out a vial filled with black liquid and poured it into the bowl as he chanted in Gobbledegook. The runes began to glow orange as the liquids swirled about in the bowl mixing, before slowly raising up and dripping onto a piece of parchment. They watched with bated breaths as the liquid slowly dissolved leaving behind words written on the parchment.

Full of relief she didn't even bother reading the rest, Death had given her an identity. She also had to resist a snort at Deaths' humor when it came to the names, Orion on the other hand had no issue in doing so the second he read "De Trollop" Though she immediately tensed when she looked up and saw the goblin staring at her with narrowed eyes. 'A Peverell.' he said gruffly. 'You must be the last of the line.' Orion finally managed to compose himself, 'Thank you for your assistance goblin Lornok.' He quickly glanced at Ara for confirmation over the goblin's name, which she nodded slightly. 'May your gold ever flow.' he finished confidently, Ara echoing him. With a nod the parchment cleared and the goblin began putting away his things, un-blackened the portraits and removed the silencing spell. Dumbledore then entered his office, once again letting the hungry curiosity slip onto his face. Orion ignored it as he asked to see his sons, Dumbledore reluctantly nodded before sending one of the people in a portrait to inform their head of houses. Orion and Ara then left Dumbledore's office and made their way down.

'Father? What -Why?' questioned an incredulous Regulus, who was waiting for them at the entrance of the Great Hall. 'Not yet. We're waiting for your brother to join us and then we'll speak in private.' Orion quickly spoke, glancing around for any sign of Sirius. Regulus hesitantly nodded before moving to stand beside Ara. After a few minutes, suddenly a rushing Sirius made his appearance. Seeing his father, he automatically stopped running and straightened up as he made his way over to them. Ara tried her hardest not to laugh at him because it was just so odd seeing him so... proper. 'F-father.' he stuttered out with a slight nod and neutral face. Orion stared at him for a few seconds before smirking, 'Relax, Sirius. You're at school, not a stuffy event.' Sirius blinked at him dumbly, then instantly deflated from his perfected pureblood posture. She couldn't hold it off anymore and burst into light laughter. Orion smiled amused, Regulus and Sirius completely bewildered stared from Ara to their father, repeatedly. 'W-what is going on...?' Sirius whispered to Regulus, 'I'm as lost as you.' Regulus whispered back.

Finally calming down and pulling herself together, she focused back on Orion giving him all her attention. Orion cleared his throat, 'Seventh floor. Correct?' he asked Ara, who nodded. Orion applied a notice-me-not charm on them all and the group made their way up to the room of requirement, entering a secured room.
