||Chapter - 42||

"Y/n!! Are you okay baby?" As the morning light dawned, Jimin entered the Jung apartment with y/n in his arms and Hoseok followed.

Y/n was still a little weak and on being insisted for an uncountable number of times, she agreed to being carried by Jimin.

He made her sit on the couch, y/n's mother who was informed that y/n had met a little accident looked really terrified. She was worried about y/n a lot and seeing her being carried, she felt more scared about her condition.

However y/n just gave a warm smile and said,
"Don't worry Eomma, I am alright. It's just I still have a little bit of fatigue so he insisted on carrying me inside."

Y/n informed and looked at Jimin and Hoseok who nodded their heads simultaneously confirming her words.

"I will take my leave now, and y/n you take two days leave from office." Jimin informed but y/n shook her head immediately.

"Aniyo! I will join by the next day itself. 1 day rest is enough!" Jimin nodded and left from there while Hoseok helped y/n into her room.

|A day later in Jimin's office|

"Hyung, uncle is nowhere to be found! I have sent my men but he's still missing" Jungkook informed but the information made Jimin to clench his jaw tightly.

I know he's doing this on purpose. He might think I won't reach him but I will. He deserves the punishment and that will be given by me and only me.
Jimin thought to himself when a knock was heard on the cabin's door.

He looked up and all his stress was gone as he smiled seeing the person infront of him. It was the only person he was waiting for.

"Come in y/n. And Jungkook you go for now." Jimin ordered and Jungkook after waving at y/n left the cabin.

"Sir, I am ready to start the work again!" Y/n said with a smile but instead was pulled towards the wall.

It was Jimin who grabbed her by her arm and pinned her to the wall. His both the hands on the either side of y/n trapping her.

"S-sir?" Y/n shivered under Jimin's gaze.

"What happened? Are you scared of me little girl?" Jimin said as his finger lifted y/n's chin making her look straight into his eyes.

"You know I missed you!" Jimin whispered near y/n's ear as his head dropped on the crook of her neck inhaling the sweet scent of y/n's perfume.

As his hot breath came in contact with y/n's neck she could feel her knees going weak.

"You know right, how much I crave for you!" Jimin said. It was not the friend that y/n lost that she knew well. Right now he was the boss that she has always dealt with.

"Jimin I - I" y/n couldn't form words as her mouth felt dry only to make Jimin smirk.

He straightened his position but didn't remove his hands. His eyes trailed on her lips as she nervously tugged her lower lip in between her teeth.

"I think if I don't stop now, it will be hard to control myself!" Jimin informed parting away a bit but y/n whined internally on losing the warmth she was feeling not long ago.

It was clear from her expressions that she was a bit frustrated. That made me chuckle. She looks so innocent and cute. I could have never imagined that I will find her like this. Thinking about that our first encounter was not really pleasurable. Now that I think of it atleast it's for the good that we met again.

That's what destiny is maybe.

"Miss y/n!" Hearing me being formal she stiffened. Ofcourse it's time for some payback.

"I think you should take your files and do the work for the day, instead of standing there." She huffed but didn't protest instead actually took the pile of files in her hand.

Without looking back for once she went out of the cabin while I couldn't help but to laugh.

That's when my phone started ringing, I stared at it a bit before picking it up. No one spoke from the other side so I took the initiative.

"Hello?"

"LEAVE HER!" The rough manly voice on the other side growled, clear from the voice that he was angry? But who is this person.

"Excuse me?" I asked being uncertain about what the other person wants to say.

"Y/n, you think you will be happy dating her? No. Leave her."
The words made my grip on the phone tighter. If I could I would enter inside the phone and punch on the face of that damn person.

"Stop! I am not scared of you. I love her and she's mine!" I stated confidently and clearly. I have had enough, after this long of a wait no way I am going to let anyone do anything anymore.

The man said and before I could reply or react he cut the phone.

"Hello! Hello!" I tried calling but no one answered.
Ugh!! I smashed the phone on the wall as it broke down into pieces as the glass of the screen was shattered and clearly made a loud noise.

I was not in my right mind anymore. Not again, I am not ready to let my y/n go away from me once again. Not after when I found her after so much struggles.

I could feel my breath getting shallow as I took long deep breaths and my chest filled with agony and pain that I felt. I already lost so much in my life that another loss and I will be done with this life of mine.

I never realised but someone wrapped their arms around my waist. The warmth in the touch was so familiar, I turned and yes it was y/n. She must be here because she heard the loud noise.

"Calm down Chim Chim what happened?" She asked but what made my heart clench is her calling my old name. The name made tears roll down my cheeks. I can't live without her even in the worst nightmare of my life.

She looked at me with concern clearly flashing on her face. Seeing my tear she wiped them off. Yes, I am not supposed to cry, not when I have a battle to fight.

However all my pain and worries washed away when I felt her soft lips on mine. I couldn't help but to kiss her back, wrapping my arms around her waist as she wrapped her arms around my shoulders.

She was the one, my safe place and the treatment of all my pain and miseries.
