Chapter 43: Graduation

1.5 YEARS LATER

It went by so fast. Like everyone said and like we experienced, I can't believe my 3 years in Delhi went by so quickly. It was just yesterday that we girls were so excited to come, join college and live a dorm life together and now it's all ending and as much as I do feel a sense of accomplishment, I can't help but already long for my college that gave my brain tough but 3 beautiful years worth of memories.

Last year can be pretty much considered as the busiest and the hastiest year of my life. Everytime I thought the problems were over, it all came back to me every fucking time.

From my continuous deadly projects to the breakdown between Any and Anirudh to my internships, everything seemed too much for me sometimes but guess what?

I survived and now that I think about it, all I could do is remember all the time I spent with my girls, Anirudh, Vihaan and Aryan.

Seeing Any cry for Anirudh for the first time in my life was pretty much distressing but Any being Any took a proper class of him.

At first, his behaviour did infuriate me but then he had his reasons for the outburst he had on Any and it took him like 4-5 months to get back with her.

I do think that they are meant to stay together forever but these days, its too much clinginess from his side that it even icks Any out but her being so in love ignores that like nothing.

Rest everybody have been good, like Aryan said, Vihaan did come around and V's been happier since then.

Long story short, we have had our struggles from personal to academic lives but what mattered was that we did end up with the person we love.

Atleast I toh did and I can't feel more happy that Aryan loves me just more in these last 3 years. He joined his dad's company and while he still got a lot busy, he always managed to take out time for us nonetheless and that's what I need right now.

Also, my parents got to know about him accidentally. It's not like I didn't want to tell them about us but I was waiting till I get a job so that they, my mother especially won't see my relationship with him as a distraction in any sort.

Although they were pretty much aware that their daughter will make a boyfriend in college anyway, the idea was still new to them but Aryan was there, my mother talks with him frequently nowadays and I just know that they love him too.

Probably more than me as she once stated 'Aryan se kuch seekho, kitna samajhdaar hai' just few days ago and that led me to beat him with the pillow the whole day.

"Kaha khoyi hui hai?" Came the voice of Rai and I turned towards her when I realised that both Rai and V are ready for the graduation ceremony today and it's just me and Any left.

"Shit!" I exclaimed running to my room to get ready when I saw Anirudh with his regular smirk entering Any's room.

Eww. Just eww.

I shook my head to get my mind off such nasty thoughts and quickly got ready because we have to reach college in an hour so that we don't miss out on anything.

Being fashion students really gave us a chance to overdress for our graduation and as for V and Rai, they are no less involved in fashion than we are so we all are dressing up nicely for our academic validation.

I did the basic makeup with just a little foundation, mascara and a nude statement lipstick.

I came in Rai's room where V was sitting scrolling her phone and Rai was standing infront of her heels collection.
