Angelo and Valentina were now 25 and 22 they've both found partners and are living their best life. Even though they might've grown up, their father is still a vivid memory, more for Angelo than Valentina but she still wishes to meet him again.

I walked over to Nick's grave and put a bouquet on his grave. I sat next to it and looked up to the sky. "Oh Honey, I hope you're up there having it nice."
"Mom!" I hear someone yell. I look behind me and there Angelo was with his girlfriend Jess.
"Oh hello my little lovebirds." I say as we all hug.
"How are you doing Chantel?" Jess asks sitting next to me.
"Well, you know I'm holding up." She puts her arm around me.
"You are super strong."
"Thank you Jess." I say hugging her.
"Whenever one life ends another one begins." Angelo says. I nod in agreement. Angelo smiles at Jess and hands over a little box.
"What is this?"
"Just open it mom." I do as told and my jaw dropped. "Are you-oh my God you're pregnant!" I say. Jess laughs and so does Angelo. I hug them both super tight. "Oh dear I'm gonna be a grandma!"
"Yes you are moma!"
"I knew you guys would be here." I hear Valentina say from behind me. Andreas was standing next to her as they were holding hand. "Why are you crying mom?" She asks. Jess holds up the pregnancy test showing positive. Valentina puts her hand over her mouth. "No freaking way!"
"Congrats you guys!" Andreas says hugging Angelo and Jess.
"Thank you!" They say in unison.
"I'm so happy for you! I'm gonna be an aunt!" Valentina yells.
"Oh my children, I remember everyone reacting the same when they found out I was pregnant. The boys were over the moon." I say. They both laugh.
"Hell, we were the blessed ones. I mean, even though dad left us way to early we still had people we could consider father figures." Angelo says.
"Yeah, we always had support from them." Valentina adds. I hug them both, Jess and Andreas chime in and we all just stand looking at Nicks grave.
"We love you." Angelo says with a shaky voice. I rubbed his back and with that we said our little goodbyes and went back home.
I went back home, and layed down on my sofa. I sure do miss Teddy the most at moments like this. He was always so happy to cuddle. Unfortunately he got old, it wasn't easy saying goodbye, but it had to be done. I suddenly feel a very sharp pain in my upper back, the pain got worse and worse. I didn't really know what to do but decided to just hold out until the pain goes away. Minutes past and the pain became unbearable, I started feeling weak. I called the ambulance quickly and they arrived very fast. They came in putting me on a stretcher. Needles went in my arm, my oils was taken, many things were happening at once. I wasn't sure what was going on but I know it wasn't good since they seemed pretty stressed.
"What is going on?" I ask.
"You are getting some morphine now. We think you've suffered from a heart attack. It is over now, but we're afraid it may come back." She says. It did scare me a little bit but I was sure this wasn't gonna kill me.
They took me to the hospital were they quickly put me in different machines and honestly I had no idea what they were doing but I trust the process. They checked up on me every 15 minutes. They told me they've called Angelo and Valentina and informed them, they were gonna come the next morning.
