Chapter 12

Aaradhya's pov :

I have started to the restaurant to meet the boy. I'm nervous about the meet.

I reached the restaurant and asked a waiter about table no.7, as the boy's mother informed Ithika to meet him at table no.7.

When I reached the table, I got the biggest shock by seeing the person seated there.

What is he doing here?

"Hi Aaradhya. " he said.

"H..hi." I said

"What are you doing here? " I asked nervously.

"What am I doing here? "

" I came here to meet a girl regarding marriage looks," he said with a smirk on his face.

"May I know what are you doing here? " he asked.

"That that.. I..I...."

"What happened Aaradhya? Why are you nervous? Come drink some water. " he said giving me water.

I took the glass and drank it hurriedly.

"Now say, Is there any problem? " he asked.

"Yes. There is a problem. I'm Ithika's friend. She doesn't want to marry you. She loves someone. " I said gathering some confidence.

"What! What are you saying? Then why her family is looking for matches?" He asked looking shocked.

I explained to him how Ithika and Rahul bhaiya met and how they love each other. I asked for his help to cancel the match.

"Ok. Nice. Do they really love each other? " he asked with a serious face.

"Yes." I said confidently.

"Ok. I will help you. I will cancel the match. " he said.

"Really. Thank you. Thank you very much. " I said happily.

"Sorry for beating you that day." I apologised.

"Ok. I will forgive you. But what will I get?" He asked with a wink.

"Umm.. what do you want?" I asked with confusion.

"Friendship. Let's be friends " He said with a smile.

"Ok. Friends. " I  said happily extending my hand towards him.

We shook our hands.

"Ok. Arjun. Thank you for your help. I will leave now. " I said checking my watch.

"No way. " He shouted suddenly.

"I mean. I agreed to help your friends. Just know we became friends. So at least I want to eat breakfast with my new friend. " He said with a smile.

I agreed. We enjoyed our breakfast with little talks and he dropped me at my house.

Uffff.. what a relief! Everything went well.

I thought to act with my friends for some time.

They all send me alone to meet the boy. What if the boy is some arrogant idiot. So let's play with them.

I entered the house with a dull face.

"What happened Aaru? You are looking dull." Asked Mahira.

"He doesn't agree with me." I said with a crying face.

"What!" This time Ithika shouted.

"Don't worry Aaru. We can try again. " Purvi said consoling me.

"But... but.. he said he will marry Ithika next month itself. " I said suppressing my laugh.

"What! No, I will not marry him." Ithika shouted.

All looks shocked. Ithika is about to cry.

"Haa..haaaa....." I burst into laugh seeing all their faces.

"You stupid!  Why are you laughing?  Say exactly what happened? " Purvi shouted throwing a pillow towards me.

I explained to them meeting Arjun and how he agreed to help us.

"Thank God!" Exclaimed Ithika.

"You. Stupid. Idiot. What did you play the stupid act?" Mahira shouted beating me with a pillow.

Purvi started tickling me, Ithika too joined them.

"Guys! Please! Haa..haa...please! Stop."  I shouted.

They stopped after some time.

"Ok. Anyways thank you Aaru. Thank you very much. " Sweety said.

"Idiot no need to thank me. We want to see you happy like this." I said.

"Ok..ok Ithika. See some good time and say about Rahul Bhai to your parents. " Suggested Purvi.

"Ok. I will. " She said smiling.

"Hey! Our Ithika is going to get married. " Mahira teased Ithika making her blush.

Our day ended with a happy mood.
