Kartik and Naira were sitting on a log of wood and enjoying their sizzelers.
Naira(taking a bite): Manna padega Kartik......aap toh sach mai barbeque ke pro nikle......kitna tasty grill hua hai yeh sab kuch......!!
Kartik: Huh......I'm pro at other things too......abhi tumne apne pati ko theek se jaana hi kahan hai mohtarma?!
Naira: Accha ji?? (chuckles and asks curiously) Apni aur kya kya khoobiyan aapne mujhse chupakar rakhi hain......??
Kartik: Bhaut saari......lekin apni ek khoobi ki jhalak main tumhe aaj raat dene wala hoon.........I'm expert at romance you know......SRK toh aise hi romance king kehlata hai......mere saamne tik nhi payega woh......dekhna chahogi meri romance wali khoobi, meri biwi??(passes her a mischievous smile and starts moving closer to her, looking at her lips intently while Naira was lost in his gaze)
Their lips were about to lock that just then the Dhillon family approached them and they sprang apart quickly.
Manpreet(to Kartik): Arrey paaji......
Kartik(sighing in defeat): Satyanash......!!
Naira controls her giggle looking at Kartik's helpless state.
Manpreet(to Kartik): Arrey tussi aithey baithe ho paaji......main aapko udhar kahi dhund rha tha......!!
Kartik: Arrey hum toh yahi hain paaji......humne bola tha na aapko hum bonfire ke paas hi rhege.........
Manpreet: Haan......Hanji bola toh tha.........!!
Naira: Arrey aap sab khade kyu hain?? Aaiye baithiye na......(looks at Kartik teasingly) hum sab milkar barbeque dinner kerte hain......bhaut maza aayega......!!
Kartik narrows his eyes at her, getting to know her intentions. She was trying to trouble him by putting hurdles in the path of their romance. In simple words, she was challenging him indirectly.
Geet: Arrey nhi nhi rehne do......hum
kahan aap dono ko disturb karege......aap dono enjoy kariye, honeymoon hai aapka......hum humare tent ke paas jaate hain......hum toh bass ek baar milne aaye thay ji......!!
Naira: Arrey kaisi baatein ker rhi hain aap Geet ji......aaiye baithiye na.........saath mein bhaut maza aayega......dekhiye Kartik ne garma garam sizzelers banaye hain barbeque pe......
bhaut tasty hai ek baar try toh kariye......(to Sonu and Ruhi) bacchon.........dekho hot dog bhi hai......!!
Sonu and Ruhi(excitedly): Hot Dog......!!!
Kartik: Haan......garam kutt-
Naira(intervenes and scolds Kartik): Chhii Kartik......bhaut purana joke ho gya hai yeh......aur bacchon ke saamne aisi baatein koi kerta hai kya?!
Kartik(innocent face): Accha baba sorry na......(forwards a plate of hot dogs to the kids) bacchon yeh lo hot dogs......jee bhar ke khao......(sarcastically)tumhare liye hi toh banaye hain mene......!!
The kids take the plate of hot dogs from Kartik and settle beside Naira and start munching on them.
Ruhi(mouth covered with sauce): Wow......bhaut tasty hai sach mein......!!
