Episode 61 : Kartik's Bachelor

Kartik was enjoying the bachelor's, his other friends from London university had come to the party. Yes the party was all in full swing. The alcohol was poured like water and everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves to the fullest.

Shayari too came there, she was dressed in one of the finest modern dresses, she was wearing a full length dress that had a high sligh till her above tights and backless. When Kartik saw her, there were moments, just flashed in front of him. She came like an acquaintance in this wedding but now he can sense how Naira gets uncomfortable whenever the whole group talks about Shayari infront of her. Seeing Shayari coming towards him, his mind flashed Naira's innocent face in front of him. His heart thud beat, why is he seeing Naira everywhere, he looked around to see the bartender was pouring vodka shots to everyone and as soon he blinked he saw Naira in the bartender dress doing the same. He rubbed his eyes to understand what's the reality and what's the dream. His thoughts were broken when felt a tap on his shoulder

Kartik: oh.. hey

Shayari: Hey .. Kartik. Kahan.. Dhyan hai tumhara??

Kartik: Huh.. kahin nahi.. Vo bass,.. Tum.. tum achi lag rahi ho

Shayari ( blushing lightly): Thanks...

There was an awkward silence between them though the music was loud yet the awkwardness was pretty evident. Kartik wanted to go from there, he couldn't stand there. It wasn't good. He had already moved on from the pain and the person he is now getting married to is a good soul, he can't even think of hurting her. He was about to go from there when his other friends caught him offering him whisky to drink.

Suraj: Bhai aaj toh daaru peeni banti hai..

Kartik: Nahi yaar please...

Kabir: Bhai aaj to teri bachelorette hai aaj ko mana nahi karte..

Kartik: Nahi.. dekh...

But before he could react more they made him drink the whisky shots, such that he got a little drunk and his friends ordered DJ to play the music.

Shayari came and did some dance moves calling the boys for the dance, few went while Kartik and Samar stood there watching. Kartik had made himself moved on but yes one can never forget his first love. He still wondered why she rejected him but then a face flashes in front of him again that reminds him might be because of her.

Samar too dragged Kartik on the dance floor, all the boys were dressed in party with bright shirts and jeans and a half waist coat.
