Episode 24 - Swarna Scolds Naira - Edited

The episode starts with Swarna standing in front of Naira and she seems upset to find Naira in Kartik's room.

Swarna(sternly): Tum Kartik ke room mein kya kar rahi ho Naira?

Naira is shocked to hear that. She looks around the room, it was Kartik's. She realises that and gulps in fear.

Naira(scared;fumbling): Woh Aunty ji....sorry mujhe nahi pata tha ki yeh Kartik ka room hai...woh - woh...sorry...mera matlab hai-

Swarna(sternly): Tumhe pata hai tumne kya kiya hai?

Naira looks down at the floor scared and starts fiddling with the edge of her chunni nervously.

Swarna: Shaadi se pehle tum Kartik ke kamre mein nahi ghus sakti ho! Aisa hona accha nahi hota...tumhe tumhari chachiji ne yeh baat nahi sikhayi...tumhe Zara sa bhi andaza nahi hai is baat ka?!

Naira: Aunty ji....woh toh jaldi jaldi mein main kisi bhi room mein ghus gayi...mujhe bilkul nahi pata tha ki yeh Kartik ka kamra hai!

Swarna: Mujhe kuch excuses nahi sunna....mujhe toh pehle se doubt tha...ab tumhari is laparwahi ke karan mujhe aur doubt hone laga hai ki kya tum is ghar ki bahu banne ke layak ho....kya tum is ghar ke rang dhang mein ghul paogi? I seriously doubt that...

Naira: Aunty ji aap aisa kyu bol rahi hain....mera matlab hai-

Swarna: Mujhe tumhara matlab acchi tarah se pata hai Naira...tum-

Just then, they hear a voice from behind.

Kartik: Maa....

Naira and Swarna turn towards the source of the sound to look at Kartik, Shubham and Trisha standing at the doorstep.

Kartik walks inside and stands in front of Swarna. Shubham and Trisha stand on either side of Naira.

Kartik: Maa aap Naira ko kyu suna rahi hain? Isme uski kya galti hai?

Swarna looks at Kartik shocked. He had never opposed her till date.

Shubham: Haa maa isme bhabhi ki koi galti nahi hai....galti meri hai...Maine hi bola tha inhe upar kisi kamre mein Jane keliye...inhe kya pata ki yeh room bhaiya ka hai?

Naira was feeling so terrible. She was feeling guilty as well as overwhelmed because Kartik was supporting her. But she was feeling guilty more because, because of her Kartik was arguing with his mother. During this whole scenario, she didn't realise when her eyes brimmed with tears. Trisha was holding her hand tightly and comforting her.

Kartik: Aur maa...aisa kya rule hai ki Naira shaadi se pehle mere kamre mein ghus nahi sakti? This is so illogical...aap please choti choti baaton pe bhadakna band kijiye...

Swarna was more than shocked now. She was fuming in anger from inside. She glared at Naira for the last time and bolted out in anger.

Naira: Aunty ji rukiye....(turns towards Kartik) Kartik aapko kya zaroorat thi unse behas karne ki...main sambhal leti...meri galti thi main sorry bol rahi thi na...

Shubham: Aapki galti nahi thi bhabhi...maa ki aadat hai aisi choti choti baaton pe bhadakne ki...

Kartik: Haa Naira...you don't have to worry about that...maa ka gussa aisa hi hota hai...pehle balloon ki tarah phulta hai phir pin dalne pe phut jata hai...unki baaton ka bura mat manna...unki aadat hai choti choti baaton pe galtiyan nikalne ki...lekin dil se bahot acchi hain woh...
