Jimin's POV
I stretch my arms and get up to get ready for school. I put on a faded, blue sweater and blue jeans because it colder outside today. I head down into the kitchen to see my mom making breakfast.
"Mom?" She turns and makes a weak eye smile. She looks really tired.
"Hi sweetie." It irritates me that she is acting like she hasn't, not been here since I arrived. "You want breakfast?" I pause before answering.
"Uh, sure." She turns back to making eggs.
"By the way sweetie I am going to be at work late today so I won't see you when you get home." I roll my eyes.
"What else is new?" I mumble under my breath.
"Hm?" My mom turns around. I smile towards her.
"Nothing. Thank you for breakfast." She smiles back and turns towards the eggs once more.
I put on light pinkish grey colored shoes and grab my backpack, heading out the door.
