Hello my loves! rcrnkovi05 requested something with Frazel and I never write for these two, so I'm interested to see where this goes! Also, I literally got this in October. No time like a pandemic to catch up on WIPs!

P.S. How's everyone's quarantine going? What even is this timeline?

Frank didn't think he'd ever meet anyone that could rival the hyperactivity of Leo Valdez. Then he met Hazel Levesque with the flu.

"Frank! Did you know that turtles breathe through their butts!" Hazel laughed, her eyes fevered and manic, as she paced a circle around their apartment. It was nearly 8:00 p.m. and Frank had barely managed to hold Hazel's attention for longer than five minutes all day.

"I thought we agreed you were taking a nap." Frank sighed. Weren't fevers supposed to make you lethargic and achy? Hazel acted like she had the energy to run a marathon and Frank was the one left feeling like he needed a nap. They were currently on day three of Hazel's flu and she showed no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

"How can I take a nap when there's so much to think about?" Hazel asked, literally bouncing up and down. "Why is the sky blue? What if it's aliens? Why haven't we found aliens yet? Do they not like us? Why don't the aliens want to be my friends, Frank?" Hazel rapid-fire rasped, looking genuinely upset that theoretical aliens didn't want to be her friends.

"I'm sure the aliens would love to be your friends, Haze. Maybe they just live really far away." Frank reasoned, walking over to Hazel to stop her pacing.

"I guess that true."

Frank sighed in relief, maybe Hazel would sit for a few minutes now. This hyperactivity wasn't doing any favors for her fever, but it seemed the higher it got, the more hyper Hazel got.

"Can you sit for a minute? I need to take your temperature. Also, I'm sure you could probably due with some more meds." Frank could feel the heat coming off of Hazel, which was saying something since he normally ran hot. Hazel usually ran cool, which only made this fever more pronounced.

All at once, the energy seemed to leave Hazel's body as she let herself fall into Frank and let herself be led to the couch. Frank slowly let Hazel sink onto the cushions, and after making sure she wasn't going to bolt up again, walked over to the dining table to retrieve the thermometer and tylenol.

Frank returned to the couch and popped the thermometer into Hazel's mouth, making sure he got it under her tongue, that was supposed to make the reading more accurate or something, according to his mother. He pressed the button and waited for the beep. Hazel barely reacted to any of this, looking half asleep.

At the beep, Frank pulled the thermometer out of Hazel's mouth and looked at the digital readout: 102.6. Okay, not quite ER level, yet. Frank turned to grab the bottle of tylenol and pull a few pills from the bottle, but when Frank turned back around, Hazel was gone. Frank looked around frantically, his eyes finally falling on Hazel, who had her face pressed to the window.

"What do you think it would be like to fly?"

"Cold." Frank answered honestly. Every time he became a bird, it took hours for him to get warm again, even with his naturally high temperature.

"What if I wrote a book?"

"What if you took a nap?"

"Ohh! I could- no, never mind."

"You could take this tylenol." Frank suggested, stopping Hazel before she could start pacing again.

Hazel shrugged and took the pills, swallowing them dry, before going around Frank to begin bouncing off the walls again.
