Eddie and Patricia had KT's key to unlock the crypt instead of going through the house. Eddie unlocked it, and Patricia went in first.

"Alfie?!" Eddie called.

The crypt wasn't that big, so it didn't take long to realize Alfie wasn't there.

"Let's take the passage now," Patricia instructed.

They got down on their knees and crawled through the little passage leading to the cellar of Anubis house.

They searched the passages, and then came up to Anubis house itself. Eddie looked around downstairs while Patricia took upstairs, even going to the attic. They met at the bottom of the stairs.

"Nothing," Patricia declared.

"Let's hope the others find him."

Mara and KT took the Frobisher-Smythe library. It was closed, but nearly everyone in Sibuna had become masters at picking locks, so KT did so.

There was no sign of Alfie.

"Why would Alfie come to a library anyway?" Mara asked.

"Unpredictable, right?" KT replied.

"I hope he isn't too far."

Amber, Joy, and Fabian were walking to the school. Fabian was slightly in front, while Joy and Amber lagged behind, Joy explaining her situation with Mick.

"Personally, I think you and Jerome are cute together. Mick just can't have you.you have to tell it to him straight," Amber advised.

As they kept talking, Fabian kept clearing his throat constantly until he finally caught their attention.

"Can we help you?" Amber questioned sassily.

"Do I have to listen this?"

"Yeah, you kinda do," Joy responded.

They kept talking, and Fabian let them into the school once they finally arrived. They split up then, planning to meet back at the doors they entered in.

Amber's heels clacked with every step she took, faintly echoing up and down the halls in the dim lighting. She made her way around, checking in the classrooms and going to the theater room. She checked backstage, finding nothing.

Joy went into the girls' bathroom by the principal's office, removing the tile to check in the principal's office with no sign of anyone. She made a quick check in the boys' bathroom as well. She went ahead checking other rooms, including the student lounge. There was no sign of life anywhere.

Fabian looked around in the direction he'd one, checking classrooms. He thought he heard faint sobbing nearby, and it could've been Alfie. Fabian immediately thought it was Alfie. He hurried towards the sound, opening the classroom door to where it came from.

Nina and Mick had gone to the gatehouse, going through a back door they were told about. They entered, and at the moment it was clear of any furniture for the fact that it currently had no resident.

"It's like a mansion," Mick commented.

"Sure is," Nina agreed.

They looked around at anywhere Alfie could possibly hide.

"So...problems with Fabian?" Mick asked, trying to make conversation.

"Why do you say that?"

"Uh, you picked me over him. You seemed angry whenever he spoke."

"Maybe some issues."

"I'm having them with Joy."

"No more, Mara?"

"I don't know. Joy said I'm probably confused. Maybe I am. I keep going after girl, after girl, after girl. I'm starting to think I don't even know the definition of true love anymore."

"Why not?"

"Mara and I broke up, and then I tried kissing Willow when she was helping me. And now I'm saying that I'm in love with Joy, and it doesn't make any sense why I go after so many girls who never end up mine."

Nina stopped searching for a bit and looked at Mick. "You know, it doesn't take long to love someone. To care. Sometimes when you're feeling down, and you're shattered, the one person who comes along to help is like an angel to you. And you call it love. So, whether your love was the instant kind or the 'oh-my-god-you're-an-angel-who-saved-me' kind, I can't say. But either way, just wait. It seems to me like all this came from Mara, and maybe you're not over her. So, until you can imagine her with another guy and not want to punch his face in, don't consider yourself ready."

Mick nodded.

Everyone showed back up at the summer house, Fabian, Amber, and Joy showing up later. When they arrived, everyone was gathered with a clear view of the front door. Amber and Joy entered first. And then Alfie came, holding Willows legs while Fabian was holding her upper body. They laid her down on the floor, and Fabian closed the door. Everyone hugged Alfie, welcoming him back.

"Can someone just fix her, please?" Alfie asked, still depressed. "The only way Fabian got me back here was saying that someone can fix this."

"Don't worry, Alfie," Eddie laid a hand on Alfie's shoulder. "We can."
