Chapter 13: The Black Cat

(The Next Day)

Y/N's POV

So it's the next day and I'm currently at Coles house as we're hanging out today.

Cole is sitting on his bed while I'm sitting at his computer desk and mostly I've just been thinking about my personal life.

As I'm thinking I hear a thud and I turn and see Angel.

Y/N: Angel.

She looks at me.

Y/N: What are you doing?

Angel: Oh well you know, I'm just working on girl problems. My period to be exact but you don't wanna know that. Unless you do and which I will tell that it's not a pleasure. Well sometimes I pleasure myself, but sometimes I...

Cole: Whoa! Okay! My best friend and more specifically your brother does not need to hear how you ugh...I can't even say it. Out. Out of my room.

Angel: Okay. Yeah I'll go. I'm gonna head to the store. Did you know that...

Cole gets up and closes the door.

Angel: Okay, bye!

He then goes and sits back on his bed.

Cole: I am so sorry about her.

Y/N: No, no it's fine. I uh...

Cole: You better not be thinking about what she said.

Y/N: What? No!

I laugh.

Cole: You need to get laid.

Y/N: I am perfectly fine the way I am.

Cole: Oh hey. I wanted to ask you about what's going on with you and MJ?

Y/N: I don't know man. I mean I like her. I really like her but I don't know if she likes me.

Cole: Ooh, your in love with her.

Y/N: No. no I'm not. I don't think I've ever been in love before.

Cole: What about Felicia?

Y/N: Man it's been three years since I saw her.

Cole: Yeah but you gotta admit she looked good.

I laugh at this and stand up.

Y/N: I'm gonna patrol the city.

Cole: All right, man.

We do our handshake and then I change into my suit and climb out his window.

I then start patrolling the city.

(One Hour Later)

I'm now patrolling the city to see if there's any crime going on.

As I'm web swinging I hear sirens and I follow them.

When I arrive, I land on the ground and see a group of men shooting at the police.

Police Officer: Spider-Man, we could use a hand here.

Y/N: You got it.

I then run and do a flip and web zip and take one of the men down.

Criminal: Take the freak down.

Y/N: I prefer the term socially awkward.

He runs at me and I web his arms and then twist him around and kick him down to the ground.

Then I turn around and the big guy stands in front of me.

Big guy: Your out of your league bug. Time to die.

I throw a punch but he catches me fist.

Y/N: Uh-oh.

He kicks me and I crash to the ground.

Then he drags me against the ground and throws me into the pole.

Big man: This is when the rain washes the spider out.

He goes to stomp on me but I roll on the ground and web his feet and pull him to the ground.

I then pull him and throw to the others which takes them down.

Then I web them to the ground.

Police officer: Thanks, Spider-Man.

Y/N: No problem.

Then I web swing away.

(Thirty Minutes Later)

So after a half hour of crime fighting I land on a building wall.

Then I hear an alarm go off.

Y/N: That's not exactly what I had in mind for today but I guess I should respond.

I web swing and land on a building.

Then my spider sense goes off.

Y/N: My spider sense!

I turn around and a woman in a black suit takes me down and throws me and I groan as I crash to the ground.

???: I knew you'd come, Spider.

She jumps at me.

Y/N: Who are you?

She holds me against the ground.

???: Just a stray black cat.

Y/N: Your definitely getting enough vitamins.

I throw her off me and she lands on the ground.

Black Cat: Silly Spider, cats always land on their feet.

She jumps in the air and I web her and throw her to the ground and then pull her towards me.

Black Cat: I was just being curious, I wanted to see if I was as strong as you.

Y/N: Well you know what they say about curiosity.

She pulls my webs and throws herself to the ledge.

Black Cat: Indeed. I also know about the value of surprise!

She gets out of my webs and sprays a green mist at my face and I cough as I fall to the ground and I black out.

Felicia's POV

After Spider-Man falls to the ground, I walk closer to him.

Felicia: Sorry, Spider. I want to know just who's behind your mask.

I start to pull his mask off but I don't know if I should pull it all the way off.

Felicia: No, this isn't what I want after all.

I crawl on top of him and then I kiss him.

Felicia: It'll be far more rewarding when you take the mask off for me willingly.

Then I put his mask down and hear the door on the side of us start to open.

Felicia: Till next time, Little Spider.

Then I run and jump off the building.

Y/N's POV

I wake up and see the woman was gone.

I get on my knees as I hold my head because I had a headache.

Y/N: Whoever that was, she gives a new meaning to the word "knockout."

Then the door opens and two officers run out.

Y/N: I'm outta here.

Then I run and jump off the building as I web swing and head home.

I just wish I knew who that woman was.
