Chapter 17: Meeting Kingpin

(The Next Day)

Y/N's POV

So it's the next day and I'm currently on a rooftop across the street from the address that Black Cat gave me.

After looking for a few minutes, Cole comms over the comms.

Cole: Anything?

Y/N: No, nothing. It just looks like a normal building.

Cole: Well maybe Black Cat tricked you.

Y/N: I don't know. I'm gonna keep looking. Maybe I'll find something.

Cole: All right, man. Let me know.

Y/N: I will.

Then I kneel down and look down at the street and see a van stop. Then three people get out and they look like thugs.

Y/N: Maybe I am at the right place.

Black Cat: Did you doubt me?

I stand up and turn around and see Black Cat and she walks over to me.

Y/N: A little.

Black Cat: Oh, the spiders got trust issues.

She puts her hand on my mask but I grab her hand.

Y/N: Let's just do what we came to do, okay?

She pulls her hand away and then kneels down.

Black Cat: Kingpin has guards on every floor. He stays on the middle floor. If we can get past them than we can get to kingpin.

Y/N: What'd he do to you anyways?

Black Cat: That's none of your business, Spider.

Y/N: If we're gonna work together than you have to trust me.

She stands up and turns around to me.

Black Cat: Let's just do what you came to do. That is what you said, isn't it?

She turns back around and scales down the building.

Then I go and jump down into the alley just as she walks around the corner.

Y/N: What exactly is the plan?

Black Cat: Simple. Take out the men, find Kingpin, stop him.

Y/N: That's not really a plan.

Black Cat: Poor little spider doesn't trust the plan.

Y/N: We need a game plan.

Black Cat: Fine, what's your plan?

I walk in front of her and look at the rooftop.

Y/N: Simple.

I tilt my head and look at her.

Y/N: What's your input on heights?

(Five Minutes Later)

So after telling Black Cat my plan we are now in the building crawling through the air ducks as I figured it'd be best going through the top so they wouldn't expect us.

I look down and see the room is filled with guards.

Y/N: Okay, this room is filled. We take them out, move to the next floor do the same thing and so on.

Black Cat: Easy Spider, you don't wanna pull a hammy.

Y/N: You could just call me Spider-Man, you know?

Black Cat: Where's the fun in that?

Then Black Cat jumps through the vent and lands on the ground and takes out two of the guards.
