Chapter 72: Another One

(One Week Later)

Y/N's POV

So it's been a week since I helped Hank Pym and things are getting back to normal.

I did talk to Scott and gave him my number just in case he ever needs help.

I've also decided to make Mary Jane an official avenger which I received permission from Steve to do so.

Miles on the other hand isn't old enough but I know one day he will make a great avenger.

Anyways, right now Miles and I are in our suits and we are heading towards a bank robbery.

Once we get there I see Mary Jane on the rooftop.

Miles and I land on the rooftop and walk over to her.

Mary Jane: Okay, I know what you're gonna say....

Miles: Y/N told you that we could handle it.

Y/N: Miles.

Miles: Sorry.

Y/N: You were saying, MJ?

Mary Jane: I know the suit is for emergencies and I know that you don't think I'm capable of being a hero but I am. And I'm not giving up the suit. I won't. I wanna be a hero and I'm going to be and I'm gonna stop this bank robbery whether you like it or not.

Y/N: Okay.

Mary Jane: See that's your pr...Wait...Okay.

Y/N: Go. Go stop the bank robbery.

Mary Jane: Well...I...uh had a whole speech prepared...

Y/N: MJ, there getting away.

Mary Jane: Right. Right. I got this.

MJ then goes to stop the bank robbery.

Miles starts to go forward but I grab his arm.

He turns to look at me.

Miles: Aren't we gonna go help?

Y/N: No, Miles. It's all hers.

Miles: What if she makes a mistake?

Y/N: That's okay. Because heroes make mistakes. Come on, let's go get something to eat.

Miles: A day off?

Y/N: Yep.

Miles and I run and dive off the rooftop.

Y/N: Woohooo!

(Twenty Minutes Later)

Miles and I are now in normal clothes at a diner and we're having lunch.

I'm now telling Miles about what I did with Scott.

Miles: Wow, that's so cool. You actually shrunk down?

Y/N: Yep, I did. It was fun.

Miles: Can I?

Y/N: Actually I gave the suit back.

Miles: Aw man.

Miles slumps down.

Y/N: Hey. Look at me.

He looks up at me.

Y/N: Your ghost Spider. Trust me that's way more better than being an ant.

Miles: You're right.

Y/N: I know I am.

Miles chuckles at this.

At the corner of my eye I see MJ walk inside wearing normal clothes.
