Chapter 79: Top Of The World

(Two Months Later)

Y/N's POV

So it's been two months since Felicia and I broke up officially.

I haven't talked to her since so I'm not even sure where she is.

I do know that I still love her and wanna be with her but I'm respecting her decision to wanna take care off things by herself.

It's actually been pretty quiet the last two months though I've taken down some criminals.

My new suit and I are still having fun together. Things have been great. Tony was completely wrong about it changing me because I feel great.

Right now I'm currently at the avengers compound training and I'm punching a bag.

As I'm punching it, I punch a hole through it and flies off the hinge and hits the wall.

Wanda: Damn, Y/N.

I turn around and see Wanda standing there.

Y/N: Hi.

I snap my fingers when she doesn't answer me.

Y/N: You okay?

Wanda: Uh, yeah. I'm great.

Y/N: Cool.

I walk over to the bench and grab my towel and wipe the sweat off my face.

I turn back around and Wanda was standing there with her arms crossed.

Y/N: What?

Wanda: Are you okay?

Y/N: I'm perfect. Why?

Wanda: Well you just got out of a relationship with the girl you've been with for a year and a half and yet you don't seem.....

Y/N: Seem what?

Wanda: Affected by it.

Y/N: Why would I be? I broke up with her and then she broke up with me. It's fair.

Wanda: Hmm....and now you're here, training.

Y/N: Yes. Yes I am. I feel like I'm on top of the world Wanda.

Wanda: Okay then. Perfect.

Wanda starts to walk away.

Y/N: Hey, Wanda.

She turns around to me.

Wanda: Yeah?

Y/N: Wanna get dinner?

Wanda: What?

Y/N: You know when two people go out, they get dinner, talk and other things.

Wanda: Oh well i...it's....uh....I don't know, Y/N. Don't you think that's a little inappropriate?

I walk closer to her and put a piece of her hair behind her ear.

Y/N: Oh I can be inappropriate.

I see her blush and then I get closer to her.

Y/N: But we're just getting dinner.

I step back.

Wanda: Oh uh, okay then. Yes.

Y/N: Great. Pick you up at eight o'clock.

Wanda: All right.

Then I go and grab my shirt and head out of the gym.

As I'm walking I see Cole standing by statue giving me a look.

Y/N: What?

Cole: You just asked Wanda out.
