"I cannot believe this!" Luke spat as he slammed the front door behind us.
"I've told you several times, Luke, he's just a friend." I sighed.
"A friend who tried to fucking kiss you." He snapped.
"And I didn't kiss back! I've been over him for years, I have no interest in him anymore!" I insisted. Luke's eyes widened.
"You dated that asshole?! So, he wasn't just a friend!" he yelled.
"He is now, Luke! I love how you conveniently saw him trying to kiss me, but you missed me pushing him off and telling him I had a boyfriend!" I shouted. He looked at me.
"You didn't kiss him back?" he asked.
"Of course not, Luke! I love you, of course not." I sighed.
"And he's just a friend, and no more?" he asked.
"He's just a friend, Luke. We haven't even talked to each other in three years." I spoke.
"I'm sorry." He mumbled. I sighed as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"It's okay. Just trust me. I would never cheat on you." I promised.
"I know, babe, I know." He nodded.
"And just between me and you, you're a much better kisser." I chuckled.
"Of course I am." He laughed before kissing me.
