(Please note that I do not have panic attacks and therefore may not have depicted one accurately, so I apologise to anyone who is offended by my depiction, I tried to make it as accurate as I could)

Ashton

"I'm going to get food. Anyone want anything?" I asked as I stood up from the couch.

"Panda Express, please." Michael spoke.

"Ditto." Luke nodded.

"Make that three, please." Calum smiled. I returned it as I grabbed my bag.

"Where are you going, babe?" Ashton asked as he walked into the living room part of the tour bus.

"To get food." I shrugged.

"Ooh, I want to come." He smiled.

"Uh, oh, Ash being protective again." Michael mocked. Ashton gave him a sarcastic smile and flipped him off before taking my waist and opening the tour bus door.

"Everyone wants Panda Express, so I guess that's where we're going." I chuckled as I took his hand. We turned the corner and my eyes widened at the big group of fans waiting there.

"Ash." I gulped.

"It's okay, babe." He reassured. The fans looked our way and started to scream as they rushed towards us.

"Babe, come on." He spoke, putting his hand on my lower back and rushing us off in the other direction. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath as I felt my heart speed up at the sound of the fans screaming as they followed us.

"Ash, if they carry on like this, I'm going to have a panic attack." I gulped.

"No, you won't, you'll be okay." He reassured. I gulped as my breath started to quicken.

"They're still following us, Ashton." I breathed.

"I know, babe, they'll stop soon." He nodded, continuing to make us walk.

"Ash." I choked as I put my hand against my chest.

"Jesus, okay, let's stop for a moment." He nodded as he sat me down on a bench.

"Breathe for me, baby, breathe for me." He encouraged, taking deep breaths with me. I looked behind him.

"Ash." I gulped. He looked over his shoulder.

"For fucks' sake." He mumbled before standing up.

"Okay, everyone needs to back off. My girlfriend is having a panic attack, she needs space, please, just leave us alone." He sighed. The fans fell silence and nodded before scurrying off.

"Thank you." I sighed in relief.

"You're okay, baby, you're okay." He nodded.
