The goodbyes were easy. All the students brazenly told the three adults about their promises and goals as they waited to board the bus. Though, the Midoriya family themselves clung together strangely. Despite the fact that they'd been apart before like during their internships, it was still awkward to say goodbyes to one another when these occasions arose

especially since it was only Eli that was staying.

"You guys have everything right because you know I'm super fast so if you need anything, you can just call--" she tried, only to be interrupted by Shouta, who placed a firm hand on her head, sporting a small red glare.

"Absolutely not," he said shaking his head,

He pivot his hand to push her back, earning a glare from the shorter girl as she slapped away his hand with haste.

"Um, actually, Nii-chan?" Shoto called, making them look to Touya who stood with wide eyes as sprinkles of blue fire emerged from the top of his head.

Eli and Keigo couldn't help but smirk at the semi-black-haired man who they knew loved his younger brother so much that he could barely handle being called his older brother. Shoto actually referred to him as such a couple of weeks after Touya moved in, and he almost burned down the house from excitement.

Eli had to hose him down in the backyard... and there was now a notable scorch mark on the grass back there too.

"Yeah squirt?" he asked, trying to play it cool, completely ignoring all the assholes around him as they snickered at the interaction.

Himiko actually almost choked on a cookie because of it.

After living with him for so long, any inkling of hatred that Touya had once harbored for Shoto, kind of just... dissipated. All those years he spent away from his family, hiding from them, it was like he was finally getting a second chance. A second chance to have all the happy moments he saw Eli have with her own siblings.

He did in fact love his brother very much, both of them, and of course his sister. He especially loved adult spa night, which they'd taken to joining Eli along with Keigo whenever all the kids were either gone or asleep where he'd listen to Fuyumi complain about work one second and then talk about how much she loved her students the next.

And of course, being the bad influence he is, he listened to Natsuo talk about how much he hated university and encourage him to drop out, only for Fuyumi to smack him upside the head.

Other nights, spa night was simply done with everyone in the house, which could been seen by the fresh painted nails on each of their fingers. Even Kota had some silver star stickers on his nails to match his mom's.

"Can you help Kota water my plants?" Shoto asked him simply.

Cue annoying laughter.

"... Sure man,"

Touya ruffled Shoto's hair, making the boy smile a bit. Kota, who was sitting on Keigo's shoulders, took it upon himself to squirt water from his palm to douse the fire on the man's head.

Katsuki laughed loudly at that as he reached his hand up and ruffled the small boy's head.

"That's my boy," Hitoshi added, patting the small boy's back.

Kota wore a proud grin as Touya glared at him. Eli couldn't help but chuckle at this before she pats Touya on the chest and gave Shoto a tight hug.

"C'mon guys, big hug,"  Eli said with a close-eyed grin.
