This happened to me back in the 80s. I just sold my 2nd house and now its my turn to choose our dream home. This would be our 3rd house. So the house that we are viewing on this particular day has an interesting history.
The moment i stepped into the house, i don't know why i really liked it. I started to ask the neighbors about the previous owner of the house. I asked two of them and both said the same thing ; this house used to be the house of a shaman!
Despite knowing the fact, i quickly told the agent that i want this house. Up till now i couldn't understand why i liked the house so much, only to regret after buying it later.
That was the first day of viewing. A week later after everything had been settled, after signing the legal documents etc, this time my husband followed me to view the house. Well, he isn't the fussy type and always would give in to me so he agreed.
While my husband and the agent are both still in the house discussing stuffs, i went outside and bumped into one of the neighbors. She asked me again,
"Are you still buying the house?"
"Yeah its confirmed already" i replied.
"Aren't you afraid of living in the house of a Shaman?"
Her question made my heart skipped a beat. All of a sudden, i remembered that i'm about to buy the house of a shaman!! My little heart was screaming inside but there was nothing i can do at that point because the deal was fixed! I start to regret it, especially when i didn't tell my husband about the history of the house. A month later we moved in. What i'm about to tell you really happened to me and my husband.
The first day we moved in, i got a very bad feeling. This is funny because i was the one who chose this house and i was the one who really liked it at first. Later that night..
"Dear.. dear get up. Dear get up.." my husband woke me up in the middle of the night.
"Hmm..what happened..dear.." i asked while still half asleep.
"Dear, follow me to the living room slowly. Don't make a sound, don't say anything, just follow me quietly.." my husband told me.
"What's wrong dear? You're creeping me out..." i whispered back.
My husband and i, crept slowly along the corridor and my husband suddenly stopped in his tracks and said,
"Dear, tilt your head slowly towards your right. Near the sofa in the living room.."
I did what he asked me to.. and oh my God!!! Do you know what i saw!?
On our sofa in the living room, there were 4 women seating quietly!! I almost shouted my lungs out but my husband quickly cupped my mouth with his hands. I was freaking out right in front of him and i could see he was very afraid too. After i finally calmed down a bit, we slowly crept back slowly into our room.
"Dear what is that?! Im scared...." i told him.
"Idk dear, i saw them earlier just now when i was about to go to the kitchen. The moment i saw them, i quickly turned around and come back into the room.."
"Dear..i just remembered something and im sorry.."
"What is it?"
"The neighbors told me that..the previous owner was..a shaman.."
"WHAT!? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME EARLIER?!" my husband scolded me.
I feel so guilty at that point of time for hiding this fact from my husband. Both of us were very terrified that night because we don't know what to do. In the end, we seek the help of a religious teacher.
He told us that the previous owner left 'some things' behind. He called it things when in actual fact..the shaman had kept 4 Pontianak in his house!! It is so terrifying!! How could anyone live with those? And he kept 4 of them!?
It took weeks to settle and those were the longest weeks of my life. Thank God he managed to help us through. This happened back in the 80s. We never faced anything supernatural after that incident. In fact, we became more religious than we ever been in our lives till now. Thank you.
