Kate's POV
I followed the operator into his office, I sat down in the chair in front of his desk, then I waited for him to talk.
"..."
"Kate."
"Yeah?"
"Where were you?"
"What do you mean?"
"Don't play dumb, just answer the question, now."
"I-I... I was out killing, I thought the girl wouldn't wake up, so I went to go and finish my hit list for the week."
I spoke in a nervous tone, but I tried my best to not give anything away.
"Are you sure."
"Yeah."
"Your lying."
How does he know... right... he's the operator, he can read minds.
"Sir, I fully respect your answer, but I'm not lying to you."
"..."
"You are to stay here for two weeks, and you will be punished tomorrow for your behavior, and when your out of punishment... I expect you to complete three hit lists in one week."
"B-But sir!"
"No, your staying here, and tomorrow you will receive punishment."
"Okay sir."
I walked out of his office, and headed down the hallways, tomorrow I knew I would get whipped. I don't regret helping (Y/N), I just don't like the consequences.
